I am very unhappy with my experience at Public Storage and I havent even moved in yet. I reserved my unit online. It said to expect a call to confirm. I reserved on the 28th, with a move in date of May 2nd. When I got the confirmation call she said I needed to come in and sign the papers. I asked even if move in is five days away? She said yes and that she had appointments all day. I set an appointment to come by on the way to work. She took me to see the unit. I noticed there was dirt and water that had come through the wall or foundation. She said dont worry, we have sofa covers that we will put down for you to keep things dry. She put a lock on the unit and we went back to the office. She said that insurance was REQUIRED! Upon reading the contract that clearly states it is NOT REQUIRED I ask her to explain. She said that was what they were told to say no matter what the contract says. I ask if it could be taken off and she said it could be taken off the next time I was in. I paid cash and got no receipt even though she assured me I would have copies of everything. My total move in cost according to the website was 109.00. My bill was 157.00 and change. I questioned the total and she just shrugged it off. Had I not been on my way to work I would have cancelled the whole transaction. This is not good customer service! I have dealt with 3 or 4 other storage places through the years and never had any problems. I wanted to give the business to someone in my neighborhood, but never again.

Man, I gotta say that I was most impressed with my Public Storage experience here in Thornton. First off, when I called I was not placed on hold or told I had to wait for an available space. The service rep pretty much laid everything out in terms of dimensions, cost, length of lease, and promotions. I received a 50 % off promo which really won some stars. Now, for Brad, the property facilitator and eyes on security (hope I got the title right)... Brad explained everything in detail providing me with confidence in the business and professionalism that this man portrayed. My only complaint, if considered a complaint, is that I had to be charged additionally for a lock. Makes sense. They supply the leased space and I provide the protection (of which only I have the key for). After I calmed my internal tantrum down, I understood that. Anyway, all moved in within the course of less than 48 hrs. Brad and the team made that possible. If youre in need of quick, easy, and professionally managed storage, this is the place!

I have been renting a large unit at Brads Public Storage location in Thornton (08214) for the past few years, and it has been a true pleasure partnering with Brad for our property storage needs. Brad maintains a very clean and secure storage location, and he has always provided above average customer service. Even when I have just been inside of my unit working, Brad always makes a point to walk the property, and stops by to say hello. Brads level of service is one that creates customer loyalty. I have rented units at many other storage centers in five other states, but my experience with Brad has always been excellent, and a higher level of service than I have ever received elsewhere. Brad should be commended, and frankly, rewarded for the high level of professional customer service that he provides. Keep up the great work Brad!

The property manager was very courteous to us. I got into the office and still had to finish the paperwork. Knowing that I had people waiting out in the truck, the property manager allowed them to pull around to the unit I was going to rent and start unloading, so two things could be done at the same time. That is the kind of consideration that makes suburb customer service. My unit was incredibly clean, the floor was free of stains and the roll up door worked smoothly. The property itself was free of debris. I decided on this property because of the high number of reviews here on Google that had positive feedback. I was not disappointed. Since I just moved in, I will hold off from giving a 5 star until the end of the month to insure that there are no surprises (which I do not expect there to be).

Great experience that earned my loyalty! I was in a really tight bind that was crippling my life..All I needed was a place to store my car until I could find the right new one. Everyone else turned me away but the staff here worked with me and made it happen! With all the locations they have, theyre sure to find you the right price you need thats near you; more affordable than competitors that I checked. I have to point out again how welcoming the staff was, in particular Pam (and I want to say Gary? Whoever I signed up with initially but if his name wasnt Gary, Ill edit this later to give him his proper due.) The facility was clean and felt secure. I have had a unit at this Public Storage location for over a year and I am very pleased with the manager, the convenient location, how well the storage area is cleaned up, and the security of my locker and belongings. Brad, the manager at this location, is always very caring, supportive, and trust worthy. I always like to chat with Brad whenever I stop by, and enjoy getting to know him. I am very pleased with Public Storage and I often recommend it to any family or friends, and I will keep using Public Storage for my personal reference of storing my things. I am not happy with this facility. I scheduled my move in date to my new house on the 7th and I was mistakenly told they will prorate my rent. WRONG! Only through the 1st 6 days is company policy. They require the full month. Not cool. And the lady there was condescending and sarcastic who kept calling me honey & sweetie. I also had them delete the original credit card on file a few months ago while I was in the office and they charged it anyway instead of the new one. I am a business owner and I know how important customer service is. They dont do what they say!

Brad provided exceptional customer service at his Public Storage facility. It is evident the pride he has in managing his business! It is clean, well-run, and secure. He detailed the steps he takes to make sure the customer is aware of the security measures. Brad is professional and very personable. It’s refreshing to do business with someone like Brad in today’s busy world. I read the positive reviews of this Public Storage prior to going to the location. I agree with ALL of the positive statements provided and would highly recommend this storage facility.

I was referred to this Public Storage, cuz of the fact that it was more spacious for all r household items. Christine the property manager was very helpful and courteous to me and my boyfriend, she took the time to explain everything in detail and answered all the questions we had. I would recommend Public Storage to all my family and friends, cuz the location, the facility, and the staff r knowledgable and friendly, Thank u for making my day a better day and helping me get a storage unit for all my needs
