Donice was awesome with suggestions in packing, type and size of storage sheds we needed. The storage units were clean and we felt that the security was what we were looking for in a unit. Donice helped us when we needed another storage unit for some overflow stuff at the last minute. THANKS DONICE! She also was very thorough in how the charges were handled when we needed to setup auto pay. Now all we have to do is check our email account and we can see very quickly how much the unit costs every month. I would definitely recommend this particular Public Storage because of the "GREAT" service we received from Donice!

We have used this Public Storage since 2003. There have been a few customer service reps come and go, but finally there is someone working the property that makes us feel very comfortable and at ease knowing our items are safe, since we live 3500 miles away. Once you walked into the office you are greeted with a smile and a warm hello, Donice knows that you are storing your items for a reason, moving, job loss, etc., but she treats everyone in a manor that is easy going and professional. I had just come from the Public Storage at 7700 Washington where I had reserved a unit. The manager there had canceled my reservation because she didnt talk to me the day I made it and wouldnt stop just repeating her policy. Donice at the Huron St. location went out of her way to stay after her normal hours and wait for me and my wife, who moved here from Indianapolis, to make sure we got the spot we reserved at her store and that we were comfortable with it. If PS wants to have even better customer service, copy what Donice does!

I cannot adequately express how grateful I was to encounter Donice at Public Storage. I was going through a very painful divorce and was extremely distressed. Donice was very kind to me and made me feel very comfortable. You cannot imagine how much her kindness meant to me. She is a asset to this business in every way. I just hope the company appreciates her because she goes out of her way to be friendly and kind to people . I wish every one I encountered in business was like her! It would make a much nicer world to live in!

My husband I have never had to store our belongings before so we werent sure what to look for in a self storage facility, so when we came across this Public storage location I was blown away by the great reviews. We are so happy we picked this place Donice is fantastic and made sure we knew how to be able fit our belongings in our unit without hassel, and her customer service is far better than what I expected!

I rented a storage space at this location in June 2013. During the next 3 years, I rented a total of 3 spaces. From the very beginning, Donice, the front office manager was helpful, professional and pleasant. I would highly recommend this Public Storage location for someone looking for a clean and well-kept facility and a staff willing to provide support whenever necessary.

Donice is very friendly and helpful. Facility is always kept clean seems very secure. I once left my unit unlocked by mistake and the staff noticed it while making the rounds. Staff locked it for me by putting on a lock. I recently upgraded to a bigger unit and Donice assisted me to make this a very easy transition. I could not be more pleased with my experience here.

This Public Storage location definitely offers great customer service. Jessica took the time to show me various sized units to make sure I got the one that fit my needs. Best of all she helped me find a better combination of internet pricing and promotional discounts that gave me a bigger 10x20 unit for LESS cost than a smaller 10x15 unit over two months time.
