I switched over from a different PS location because of: 1. Cost 2. Storage size This process was quick & painless. I simply picked a new location & move in date, filled out my info, then I received a call from the on-site manager, Diane, to schedule a quick orientation. After arriving & getting some quick odds & ends legal paperwork complete, Diane (who was very nice & professional by the way) showed me my new (& huge) storage unit. Before the end of the day I was all moved in, & before the end of the week my girlfriend (who is 1 of 4 other people that are allowed to access the storage unit) was moved in. The access hours are convenient (hours shown on Google are office hours, not gate access hours), Diane was great, the location is ideal, & the price is reasonable. Everything fit right into place. I went to Public Storage to get a unit to store all of my stuff into for my move. The lady at the front desk was named Diane she is also the property manager. She was so nice and extremely helpful. I accidentally brought the wrong key for my lock after I had stored all my stuff in it. I went up to the unit and without hesitating she gave me a lock that she had the keys too, to put on temporarily and when I got back she unlocked it for me, so I could put my lock back in. I couldnt thank her enough for the help and how nice she was. I received a phone call yesterday from her, she was extremely nice and wanted to make sure all of my stuff fit in my unit. (which it did without a problem ( :) I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS PUBLIC STORAGE! THE STAFF IS VERY HELPFUL AND NICE.

My family and I made a move across country; which later resulting in us returning to our original destination. I can not fully express the genuine human concern that has been shown by the Management of this facility; in particular Ms. Diane. She has gone above and beyond her responsibilities as a manager and continually shows compassion in our circumstances; while maintain integrity that her job requires. In a world where there is a lack of human connection it is sooo refreshing that there are still people who not only get the job done; but remembers their fellow human in the process. After reviewing the several storage rental facilities in my area, I found that the prices at the Public Storage on 84th Ave in Federal Heights to offer the best. This was my first experience renting a storage unit, and Doug, the on-site manager, was fantastic! He talked to me about why I needed the storage, so I would get the unit that worked best for me. After reviewing and deciding on the unit I needed, Doug made the paperwork process easy and no stress. I arrived at the storage place in a pretty ugly mood . Due to circumstances of our upcoming move. Doug ask me how I was doing and I was honest in reply. He preceded to turning my move around without trivializing it. He Was sympathetic and very helpful and friendly. He made me laugh and lighted my entire day. The Unit was clean the grounds were clean even though they are doing a bit of upgrade to outside of buildings. I was very pleased. Price was good also in comparison to other storage places.

The customer service at this public storage was the best I have had at any point during my whole moving adventure. I spoke with Cheyenna. When I got there, I had a ton of questions since I had never used storage before. She showed me the unit and everything and answered all of my questions to make sure that I knew what I would be getting. If I do end up getting storage, I will definitely come here because I know that they will take care of me.

Doug is extremely helpful. He was getting pretty busy while setting me up with a new storage and he was multitasking like a pro. I noticed he remembered his clients by name which always is very welcoming. This location is clean and well maintained, plus very convenient. Knowing that there is constant monitoring of the property is very comforting also. I would recommend this location to family and friends.

I would have to say the gentleman who lives and works here is totally awesome! Not only did he help me and stay late past his shift waiting for me to get there (since I was running late since I had to move into a new home right away). If it wasnt for this man helping me and staying late I dont know what I would of done that day since I had to get my things out of my apartment that very day.

I came to this location looking for a 5x5 for my music equipment. I met Doug. Doug is a rad dude, he didnt have the size I needed but he sent to location that did. Before I left though Doug schooled me on how good the locks were and what merchandise I would need to protect my instruments. Doug dude you rock, keep up the work. Im recommending this location to all band mates and roadies.

When I went into the office with some odd problems, Doug gave me every kind of help. The property was very clean and the storage unit convenient to use. I was moving from Idaho, and my moving company set up the agreement from Seattle. After two days of calling, this property was the only one who would give us a satisfactory price and contract. I would highly recommend it!

Doug is the property manager. He was very quick to call me back about a reservation I had made. He made an appointment with me the same day and allowed me to see the unit and sign up. I have my unit and it was painless and easy. I would recommend this location to anyone in the area who is in need of a storage facility. Also, the price was lower than most competitors.
