This is an update from earlier review! I have been in crisis mode trying to get back to Kansas City because my father had a stroke! Leita Who helped me transfer to a bigger unit was absolutely wonderful I was having a very hard time with everything that day she exceeded my expectations made it very very easy to switch the units and to save me money! She even listening to me vent a little bit and wish me well! She was a shining star in the middle of a bad day I thank her! I would recommend this place to anyone! Is a great unit and never had any problems! Good pricing as well!

I liked the storage unit location at the time I needed one. It was easy to get in and out of and the price worked with my budget. The only issue I found and that wasnt until the end of my time with them is that they dont give refunds no matter why U left their services or when.
