I rented a Uhaul truck and returned it. When I rented it the experience was pleasant but when I returned it I was having a Conversation with the same lady I rented from and a gentleman by the name of Terry stepped and started having a attitude and being hostile when I asked about some of the charges. I am a business owner and need to make sure everything is ok. She stated that the gas is about 1/4 lower than what I signed for. I asked simply how much is the gas and she stated $25.00 @5.00 a gallon so I simply stated that does not make sense because 4gallons is 20.00 and Terry started getting upset when I questioned that. I was not being rude I just need to know what the extra 5.00 for. Instead he gets an attitude and tells me if you dont like go somewhere else. I walked out stating I will take my business elsewhere and I will also be contacting UHAUL to let them know about the service I received. The lady was nice and I was having a pleasant conversation she was answering my questions and I did not raise my voice, get irritated I was just asking some questions before I pay the bill so I know what to expect without no surprises. Instead I got this gentleman butting in and being extremely rude and hostile. He even got up from his chair and leaned toward me like that was going to scare me. I told him right in front of her I was dealing with the Lady having a pleasant conversation and will only deal with her. This guy needs to be dealt with and made perfectly clear that you cannot do that to Customers.

I have never seen a storage facility cater so much to the community. I felt right at home when Deb and Terry met me at the door with a warm cookie and some coffee. We sat down and chatted about me, my family, and what our future plans are. They put me in a climate controlled storage unit, so that I dont have to worry about the cold when I come and get things out of my unit and its so easy to use. I would recommend anyone who needs storage to go and visit Deb and Terry before you sign with someone else. In the unlikely event you dont rent with them, youll still leave there feeling like you made two new friends.

After moving across the country from New York in 2015, I was really anxious about finding a place to store all of my things while I attend graduate school in another state. I had heard about Simply Storage from a friend and decided to check them out. I am so happy I did! The staff is very nice and accommodating, and the units are incredibly clean and feel very secure. Plus, the price is really reasonable. I am so relieved to have a place to store all of my belongings before moving back to Colorado!

Nice clean facility and units. Everyone Ive met while at the storage space has been nice. The owners are super cool and easy to work with, plus they always have hot fresh cookies in the lobby. Security is great and have had no qualms about the safety of my items stored there. Reasonable prices. Recommended

The management at Simply Storage Arvada were very helpful and friendly. The storage facility is new and the unit that I had was climate controlled. I had no issues at all while my stuff was stored there. If you need storage in the Arvada area this is the place!
