Horrible, absolutely horrible. Bland customer service with an unwelcoming feel. Although, thats annoyance that would warrant a 3 star rating. Im pissed off because they tried to kick me out because apparent I was an infestation risk. Yes, some of my belongings still had a few bugs from the infestation that had literally started to die down after a water leak had finally been resolved. Honestly, I was shocked to hear such a number of bugs were surviving nights that easily went below freezing (many of the bugs had died from such by the time I had left.) Fully equipped with sticky traps and natrual oil bug spray from my recent fights against infestations ( bug spray containing things like rosemary, harmless to humans and pets) I was prepared to make amends and lay down all my traps and pratically cause fumigation with my bug spray, but no; these folks have no sense of negotiation. They tried to kick me out the /day when/ they saw the bugs, calling me at a prime hour of work demanding I come now, and of course the end of my shift would be after their closing hours. Their damn contract didnt have a single mention of bugs, or other vermin for the matter. Perhaps thats supposed to be something that goes without saying, but I still feel what they did was possibly illegal. Public storage will remain as a stay the hell away business until I die. Id rather bury my crap in the middle of nowhere.

This was my first time storage experience. THE WORST EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE! I spoke on the phone with Danielle a couple of times - she assured me that my car will fit into a 10x15 unit and I shouldnt be worrying about it. And I didnt. Why would I? My car is 148, it should fit into a 10x15 unit, right? Wrong! The unit was more than a foot short. More than a foot! And this all happened hours before my international flight. I didnt know what to do with my vehicle, I was leaving for two months. I was so stressed, I cried and begged her to do something about it. She lives on the property site, literally next door from the office. Her response: theres nothing I can do about it, come back at 9.30 am when the office is open. Me: but my flight is at 9 am.... Her: theres nothing I can do about it. Come back at 9.30. She sold me a wrong size unit and didnt even apologize for it, didnt help one bit. She was so indifferent. It still hurts when I think about it. It caused me a great deal of emotional distress. I was lucky enough to find another storage for my car at 11 pm, and thanks to Danielle, now Im stuck paying for two units.

the perfect location, size I needed and then the icing on the cake -- the entire process from finding the unit to leaving with the keys to my new storage unit was a delight!! from the first phone call with Danielle until I was through the paperwork and comfortable with all the "ins and outs", she went out of her way to make the process a success for me. this meant a great deal to me as I am recovering from major eye surgery and getting this done was very challenging. Danielle was especially patient with my many questions and went through the process at a pace I was comfortable with. I am looking forward to being in my storage unit for quite awhile. the followup about my experience by the manager, Ken, was appreciated. Thank you !!

Danielle explained things efficiently and comprehensively. Traffic moves in and out of the facility rather quickly and the site is spacious enough so that theres never a problem getting to the individual unit--nor was it a problem to leave my care for loading and unloading. The facility is kept nice and clean. The latch on my particular unit is a little worn and slightly difficult to close, but this is no big deal. I have confidence that this is a safe, secure site. And I appreciate that Danielle was able to loan me a rolling cart to speed up my unload. Overall, I highly recommend this location.

This was my third stop after trying two other Public Storage properties in the metro. (850 Simms and 305 S. Union Blvd.) I almost gave up on this company after the bad experience I got at the other two properties. Im glad that I decided to try a third property as Danielle was great! Awesome service, quick leasing process, super friendly and the property is superb! Everything I had come to expect from Public Storage after using them several times in the past. I highly recommend this property! Check them out if you are unhappy with other Public Storage properties.

Five Stars! Five Stars! I rented a storage space at Public Storage today. It was a quick and easy transaction to sign up and complete the contract. DANIELLE, the on-site manager, was knowledgeable, percise, thorough, and very pleasant. I am actually returning to this Northwest Denver location where I know it is safe and secure and where we will be treated fairly (unlike our last experience at another storage location down south). First of all this is a first class site, well groomed and clean. Danielle was very helpful and listened to what I needed and made suggestions on what she thought would work for me. I have dealt with other storage places before and Danielle makes you feel like a good neighbor and friend. Also LESLEY on south Sheridan made my reservation and also was very helpful and was sorry she didnt have what I needed but was important on sending me to another location in the Public Storage system. What GREAT People. Thank You so much.

Tami and Danielle, the ladies I dealt with, were polite, pleasant and professional. They were knowledgeable about the sizes of unit and what size would work best for me, they answered my questions quickly and fully. It was a pleasure to deal with them. The unit, hallways and drive were clean and obviously well-maintained. I have used Public Storage before at a variety of locations and have come to expect this kind of experience. Public Storage will always be my first choice when looking for a storage facility.

My wife and I just moved to Denver area from Hawaii and as you can imaging coming from Hawaii, we had a lot of stuff we needed to put into storage. The Public Storage on Sheridan Blvd was awesome!! They helped us out with whatever we needed and their prices were extremely reasonable. I would definitely recommend this storage facility to anyone who has a bunch of things they need to put into storage.

I have been very happy with the service at PS. The facilities are always clean, and both Tammy and Danielle are very friendly, know me by name, and are very helpful when I have questions. Not to mention that they are very nice to my Dog Leo which is very important to me. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a good storage company in the North Sloans Lake/Edgewater area.
