After deciding to finish our basement, we figured we would have to rent a storage unit to put everything that was down there in storage, give away or just throw out. We checked out a few storage facilities, but decided on Guardian. We liked that they are indoors and the accessibility is great. Moving in the middle of winter could be a problem, but being able to have a covered dock area made it so easy and using the carts really helped a lot. Recently, my daughter and I went to the unit to locate a prom dress that I wore in 1964, which she wanted to wear. We found the exact box that the dress was in and pulled down the overhead door so she could try on the dress. Yes, it fit, but now we need to get it cleaned. I went to the Guardian office and Sherry was kind enough to look up dry cleaners in our area. She even printed out a list of cleaners, so we had a choice to call. Thank you so much, Sherry, for you help.

When we got ready to sell our house last year we needed to empty out half our belongings--to declutter and to stage the house. We looked at a few options and decided on Guardian mostly because their access hours (till 10pm) were better than the others and because they were very close to our house. Weve now used Guardian twice because in addition to the hours and proximity, Kevin and Sherry made it an easy option for us. With all the hassle of getting the house ready to sell and moving, it was nice not to have to worry about the storage unit. The only thing I didnt really like was that we couldnt prorate our amount due if we moved out before or after the anniversary of our move in date. That meant we had to move all our belongings into our house three days before we moved them all out again to our new place or pay for an additional full month. But, all in all, it was a good experience.

Ive never used this facility before, but after getting started and using other storage facilities before, I would recommend Guardian Self Storage. I called on Friday and needed a unit the next day and the use of their free truck. I was greeted with friendly people over the phone and at the location. (Westminster, CO) I was given what I needed the day I needed it. Which was the next day after calling them. I like that they had elavators and push carts for the job. It made it so much eaiser than having to do stairs. I also liked the security, the covered loading/unloading areas and the inside units. An d the building was well maintained and clean. I will always use them for my storage needs from now on, based on what I was presented and seen in the 3 days I have dealt with Guardian.

I have been with Guardian SS at the WestMinster location for over 2 years consecutively now, and sometime previously to that, and have always been very happy with the service and the staff. They are very, very easy to work with (especially the girl at the front desk a couple of years ago, I think she was having a baby and Im not sure if she is there any longer) and everyone is always very friendly. They are not always easy to get in touch with, but someone will quickly return your phone call. I have always been impressed with the building and its cleanliness/access. I have always rest assured that my unit and items inside it are safe and sound, and would certainly recommend them to anyone looking for some storage for any reason!

I have been with Guardian Self Storage a little over a year now . It has been an awesome experience for me. I just up graded to a larger unit and Alberto at the Wadsworth Blvd, Westminster location made it so easy for me. The new unit was literally around the corner from the old one and I especially liked using their moving truck as it saved me so much time and money. The best part of all is the cleanliness, friendliness and the sense of security I encountered at this site. Ive rented storage space for twenty some years now , hopping around from one site to another hoping to find a place that meets my expectations, I have found it ! Yay!! We are sold our current house and our new house will not be ready for three months, so that means that 80% of our home will be going into storage. Taking almost everything that is near and dear to you and putting it into storage has been stressful and made us nervous. We looked at several storage facilities and Guardian was by far the best we looked it. Not only did it win on security and cleanliness, but what sold us was property manager Amanda Janes. Once we met and worked with her we knew we picked the right place. She is professional, courteous and her customer service can only be described as stellar. She makes you feel like your personal belongings will be safe and sound. Highly recommend.

I own one of the businesses across the street and, in the beginning it was all about location. Having been a customer since they first opened, I now know Kevin and Sherry and they greet me by name whenever I come in! They allowed me the use of their moving truck (free of charge) when I first moved from a different storage facility, which eliminated the headache of renting from someone else. The rates are comparable to other facilities, but I feel the value is MUCH more. The space is very secure and feel confident storing files as well as equipment. I have and will continue recommending them to my friends, family and customers.

We love Gaurdian Storage. We have been with them for almost 2 years now and have never had a bad thing to say about them, we started with alberto and now have amanda and they are both wonderful. We are very lucky to have found such a great storage company, they are always clean and well kept never have a problem with our unit being messed with and the security level with them is amazing. I compared a few storage places in the surrounding area and found that Guardian Storage was clean, had longer hours of operation and a very friendly staff. The moving carts made moving my stuff to the 2nd floor a breeze. They do have a moving truck to use 1 time free (either moving in or moving out) but you can use it again for a small fee, which is great! There is a nice place to load and unload your stuff that is protected from the elements. I would recommend Guardian Storage to anyone looking to store their stuff in a secure, clean, friendly location. Thank you Guardian Storage! WB :)

This storage place is above the rest. The staff has been very friendly and easy to work with. I went in to get a 5X10 unit, but there was none free at that time. I took a 5x5 hoping that a large unit would be free soon. Sure enough there was a larger unit the next day as I was starting to move my stuff in. Also, having the truck option is really nice too. I have used it once already and it a great low cost feature that they provide. It nice to just pick up the truck there, load up what is needed, store the items, and then simply leave the fueled truck there when all done. Thanks! Jason
