I have been here for 4 years different Company owners Was UMini Storage, Space Storage , with different Managers different experience. But now it is Extra Space Storage. Past few months prior to the change I got to have a wonderful experience with a manger and assistance manager at this site. The New Manager now is Amber !!! and Yes she always helped me from her other site bcs of work travel to take care of my billing issues and payment s She is awesome we now have her here permint at the Federal Heights Site with Her Assistance Mgr Monica I believe is her name. They have great smiles excellent customer service. They will do thier best to help you. I will say if you need storage and want good service this is who you want to see . I have 2 units. I did have 3 so that should tell you the best place to store your items is at Federal Height Extra Space Site. I do . My words are all truth my experience is the told truthful because to me its hard to find good customer care these days any where ..

Bad-cleaned a unit out for a client but got the date he had to be out wrong and found was unable to get in. I offered to pay a prorated amount but they wouldnt even consider that. I know there is a contract involved but there is also the human factor. There was a nice piece of gym equipment which I had got all the parts that I could on previous trip but the main part was heavy so now its split up, do they care no! I got my wires crossed but damn, they wouldnt even work with me. What a racket, storage sheds are in the first place.

Very friendly and prompt staff. They were eager to answer my questions and to accommodate my needs since I wasnt sure what size unit I needed. They were up front with any and all costs and didnt try to unnecessarily up-sell. Jamie made me feel confident that I knew I could get in and out of the facility, that my stuff would be safe, and that on the off chance that there are any issues, I would continue to be taken care of.

I received superb customer service from Jamie at this location. I moved from New Orleans, and she helped find the perfect storage unit for my needs. She even helped and directed the driver so all my stuff could be unloaded easily. She is smart, knowledgeable and friendly. Jaime helped me the day I came to rent my storage space. She was very friendly and has the perfect personality for customer service. Its a refreshing change from the last storage space I rented. She was on the property and I called the number on the door and she was there immediately to assist me. Shes perfect for this job.

I have had a storage unit at this location for the last six years and I have received nothing but excellent services from the location. I had an issue recently and the manager and assistant manager were super efficient and kind and got the issue resolved. I feel safe having a storage unit at this location.
