We have just moved here from out of state and checked out several places for storing our goods until we were able to find a home. After checking out several we came to Extra Space Storage and was immediately impressed. Victoria was very personable and polite and helped us every step of the way. Several times over the last week we have visited our facility and was pleased to see Victoria and other staff there cleaning or walking the grounds. I feel very good about having our belongings in the facility. Also knowing that there is a resident living on the grounds gives us security. We will never use any other facility if we are in the Denver/Boulder area. Thanks for taking care of our facility...

I dont even know were to begin!!! We have relocated from CA and have experienced nothing but the BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE from this storage location. The staff is professional in every sense of the word! The facility is clean, well secured,very easy to get to and did I mention great people to help you from start to finish???? It is nice to do business with people who are happy and grateful you are doing business with them! I also used a facility in Walnut CA and experienced the same level of Customer Service. Extra Space Storage takes pride in their facilities and employees who represent them. Great Location....Great Service!!!

I actually found this place while looking up a competitor with a suspiciously similar name. After deciding to go with this location, I was very happy to find theyre the real deal. First time going in, I met with Karen, who to this day knows me by name despite not having gone in very often since. Both she and Erik are were very accommodating to my needs and made the decision to store my stuff here a no brainer. The location has someone living on site, so I feel very confident knowing if ever anything were to happen, Id be taken care of. Id give 6 stars if it were possible, highly recommended for all your storage needs!

They charge a ridiculous "setup" fee and are more expensive than other local storage places. Also if you make the mistake of calling the main call center, they will scrap your caller id information and have the local facility staff call you back and harass you to come see their facility, even after saying no... They claim the setup fee covers administrative duties for setting your new account up... When really its just typing some basic information into a computer and hitting enter. I cant recommend this place or any other Extra Space Storage places because of this.

Our business needed a spot to store files and just those things you need to hang on to but dont have room for in an office environment. Extra Space Storage on 120th near Sheridan proved to be just what we needed. The few times Ive stopped in the office, the staff has been exceptional and totally friendly. I also like that when I have been at my unit a security fellow has driven by which tells me they truly keep a good eye on their property. Over all, we are more than satisfied and if we out grow our unit know that we wont have far to move to a bigger one.

Having been customers of Extra Space in another city, we called this location hoping for the same great service and our expectations were exceeded! Due to an expedited moving situation, we needed a unit same-day and they were happy to accommodate. Within an hour of calling, Karen gave us a tour, signed us up for the exact size unit we needed, and we even filled the unit with our first load! Every time we stop by, Karen is hard at work making sure the facility is in top shape. We are so thankful for the convenient location and excellent customer service.

Loved renting and storing here! Erik and Jeremy were so incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to make me feel welcome and happy in the year and a half that I used Extra Space Broomfield. I have had a great experience with Extra Space here in Broomfield CO! Customer service was always great starting with the assistant manager making move in a breeze! To the manager Erik always being professional yet friendly! Security was good, I always felt as if my unit was safe and secure! Over all I had a very good experience and would definitely recommend Extra Space to anyone looking for storage needs! I was back today 2-11-17 same great staff same great service.

I am a current customer but needed an extra unit in a hurry for my brother as he is relocating to Colorado. I made the initial reservation online and was immediately called back and told the unit (last one available) would be saved for me. When I went to the office to finalize payment, etc., I got a text from the school so time was limited. Erik was very helpful in speeding up the process while still remaining thorough. The entire experience was very easy.

I walked in, said I was looking for a place to store a car for a while, and Beth was very helpful. I was able to get completely squared away over the course of just two lunch breaks, and thats only because I didnt have the paperwork ready for storing a car the first time I stopped in. Once I did it was very quick and easy. I would recommend this facility to anyone looking for extra storage. Thanks!

I rented a unit here for a vehicle. There was a misunderstanding during the process of renting the unit (that was my fault) and I needed to contract a different unit. Erik and Jeremy were excellent and made the process a very pleasant and efficient experience. These gentlemen deserve high praise. Many thanks to them and Extra Space. I have been storing my stuff at this location for awhile now. Great location, easy to get to, and clean! I have stored at a few storage facilities in my lifetime and this property is by far the cleanest. Very professional staff who make sure everything needed is provided! I will be storing with Extra Space Storage once I move again to south Denver, way better than those lazy guys at public!

Eric and Rachel are INCREDIBLE! After moving all around CO for the past couple months and having the comfort of knowing that I could store my belongings in a safe, well kept unit was definitely a huge weight lifted off my shoulders! I utilized this storage unit for the past 9 months while moving homes. Everyone on staff was friendly and extremely helpful. When my monthly rent changed I was notified in advance and was sent a detailed letter explaining why. I would definitely recommend this particular unit to anyone in the Broomfield/Westminster area looking for an affordable/secure storage place.
