I have had a storage here twice, good location and facility great access hours but I was paying $65 for a 5x5 now they start at $95 wow took about ripping people off. Yes I see they are sold out and yes things are laws of supply meets demand but wow what a near 50% increase. Robbery but like most all things in Denver people want to be there and the prices are outrageous. Ill be renting somewhere else based on better location for a similar rate now that they have started ripping people off.

My husband and I chose Uncles Bobs storage facility for the following reasons: great management - Bonnie is extremely helpful great location 24 hour access well kept and clean facility - even clean restrooms well lit with good security doors slide with ease lights inside units - and electricity easily accessible We have five units for almost two years now - and we are very happy with the facility, management, and even our great storage neighbors (we are in and out a lot).

Bonnie and James at Uncle Bobs are terrific. Recently I had my truck broken into and my storage unit keys and my code were taken (yes, I know I was a moron for leaving those in the truck). Needless to say, I was super nervous that my storage unit was broken into. James and Bonnie helped me access the unit and secure it once again. They were both super helpful and supportive. Thanks to the both of you for making an unpleasant experience a little easier.

Amanda was super helpful and extra outgoing and her relationship with other customers is amazing from what I saw when she was stopped and helped another! she is a great asset to your company! Bonnie is amazing as well! she is compassionate and understanding and super knowledgeable! both ladies are outstanding and deserve raises!!! I was very satisfied with my experience here. From the first day I arrived, I saw Bonnie go out of her way to help a young military couple get settled, and throughout the time I was there using the unit to sort through my mothers estate, both Bonnie and Jwana were so helpful and nice. I would highly recommend them , and will use them again, if I ever have the need!

Uncle Bobs is VERY clean, the price was the BEST and I really shopped around - from Kipling to Federal. Access is 24/7. Bonnie was great to work with and Ive already recommended to a friend. This was my first time using storage and I was pleasantly surprised. Tip: You need to be driving SOUTH on Sheridan in order to turn into Uncle Bobs on the west side.

Uncle Bobs is a professional, clean, well managed facility. I have over 30 storage units across the Western US, including three at Uncle Bobs in Arvada and they are by far the nicest of the bunch. The prices are very competitve and the service from the front office is amazing. Tip: they have the cleanest public restroom in town.

Having been a client of Uncle Bobs 720, I can say without reservation that Bonnie and the rest of the team are just great people with whom to work. They will bend over backwards to accommodate special needs. The facility is always clean as well. Even though Im out of there now, I still would recommend this facility.

6 years I had to put my things into storage! Meanwhile being all over the world, it was easy to communicate, autopay, and when I finally returned and opened the doors it was all like I left it!
