1. Security is abysmal and they lie about it to get you to sign up. Security consists of two cameras at entrance and fencing. They allege that they have a security that patrols at night but this is a lie - they have in fact had problems with people scaling the fence. 2. 10x15 units are only 9.5x13.5, ripping you off a full 22 square feet. They claim that their caveat of not being precisely 10*15 covers them - I say B.S. If it was 9 11 by 14 10 , that would be understandable. 3. Some customers are allowed to break the rules while others are scrutinized for the same thing; depends on whether the manager is your friend. 4. AND perhaps the most important, they jack your rent up after your first 6 months, tell you it won t go up for a year, then jack it up again after another 7-8 months.

Paperwork and set-up was easy, and Charles and the other gentleman who were in the office were very friendly. However, we paid for a 10 x 15 unit knowing we had 14-foot materials to store. When we started to move in, we found that the unit is actually not quite 10 by just over 12 (a difference of nearly 42 s.f. total). We of course cannot store our longer construction materials in the unit, then, without wasting a tremendous amount of space. I contacted the facility several days ago asking for a solution, but have not received a call back yet today as promised. We will probably look for another unit elsewhere hoping for a more responsive staff and more accurate pricing/sizing of units.

I have to say this is one of the cleanest if not the cleanest property I have had the privilege to rent on. My husband and I rented there little over a year and we now are back renting again. The manager Brenda goes out of her way to help us in all our needs. She talks to us and finds out just what we need. The property is great, never seen it this nice. Brenda the manager is always out there cleaning and talking to others that rent here and shows that she cares. So if you are looking for a place to put your things this is the place, prices are great, cleanliness is the best, and then you have Brenda the manager I just can’t say enough about her.

We moved to Denver from TN and needed a 10 x 10 storage facility to hold our valuables while we looked for a home. We found this facility and chose it because it was convenient to where we wanted to live and because the price was the best that I could find on the internet. The price and location were right but these would not be as attractive without the helpful staff who were courteous and helpful each time I needed to communicate with them. We did move and needed a smaller unit in a slightly different neighborhood. So, what did we do? We chose another Extra Space facility, of course! Good pricing, good staff, nice facility - a great choice!

This was my first experience looking for a storage unit, making it a little intimidating. Beth was great about explaining the process to a first-timer, and answering my endless questions. Although I had come to the facility with a specific size unit in mind, Beth made sure that I felt free to look at other sizes, so I walked away feeling like I had selected what would work the best for me. The facility was clean and well maintained. Current clients who dropped in while I was working with Beth appeared to be happy with the services. For something that I was not looking forward to, renting the storage unit was a positive experience.

If you want a fun and friendly place with staff who care for your belonging as much as you, this is your Stop.. Its people like Beth that makes you want to do business with. She is courteous, professional, and friendly. Everything was well explained and I was able to get a storage unit without any hesitation. The place is nice and clean and her customer service skills is above and beyond! As long as Beth is managing this location, I will always come back here if I ever needed a storage in the future. I highly recommend Extra Space Storage (Irving location in Westminster) to anyone looking for a storage unit. You WONT be disappointed!

Moving can be beyond stressful. Whether you are leaving home or coming back home, the transition can be chaotic. Originally from NC, I had no real idea about storage in CO but the moment I called Beth, all my anxieties faded away. Beyond knowledgeable, kind and compassionate, Beth at Extra Space Storage made me feel excited about the new adventure my fiancee and I are about to begin! I truly feel like we are leaving our things in the hands of a friend! Max and Rachel are also wonderful and can help sort out any need you may have! This was THE BEST customer service experience and would recommend to everyone!!!

I loved the experience. Great customer service. The property manager, Charles, was great, and extremely helpful. After I contacted 1-800 number, Charles followed up right away. He offered the directions, really listened to my needs, and set the storage space and all the paperwork professionally, and very fast. The security of the storage is great, and the management walks around the property to assure the safety. I was very pleased with the location, and security. Overall, I highly recommend this storage location, mainly because of its security and extremely great customer service.

.What can I say other than 2 words" Charles Brugman" he is this face of Extra storage space and without him that face might not be professional courteous helpful and all around friendly.He is the only reason why I would recommend your company to others. my experience was top notch like no other. Charles is outstanding - This manager goes above and beyond to service his customers! We will not rent another storage from anyone else but Charles and Extra Space Storage. After getting really crappy customer service from Public Storage - we moved into this this facility and Charles has been exceptionally helpful! Seriously - grounds are clean, customer service is taken to extra measures, and they show you that they appreciate you their consumer! Absolutely fantastic! Such a nice storage facility! So clean, welcoming, and safe. I am happy to have found this place so close to where I am moving, its going to make my life a million times easier. Beth Hinote was so sweet to drive me around in her golf cart to show me around! She was so knowledgeable and kind. She really made me feel like this was the right decision and that my belongings would be taken care of. The fact that she lives on site was also a huge draw for me. I look forward to renting space with this company as long as I stay in Westminster.

Awesome customer service from Beth who went above and beyond. I had to move quickly and she called me right away when I reserved a space on the net and got everything set up. Then my car broke down inside the gate and she let me stay in the office - it was freezing!- and helped me get a cab home and coordinate with the tow truck and then the guys who were sent to FIX the tow truck, getting them in and out out the gates right at closing time. I am so thankful for all of the kindness and help and that my stuff has a safe home.
