Have been a "resident" since before Cube Smart became owner - Have always found Sandee DeBault and Pam Masek to be extra courteous and knowledgeable in their customer service. They are a definite asset to your business. If I had a complaint = it is NOT with them. The Company does not provide any more space / electricity / good access during Colorado snow storms / nor any other "benefits" = but systematically RAISES RENT charges - especially to old/long term/dependable tenants - I find disrespectful and just indicates a serious profit taking characteristic on behalf of management. My opinion!

Fairly decent, good attitude, good people! The only issue is the neighborhood being very far away and also the lack of employees working there. Other than that everything else is perfect and very secure! If youre looking to store your vehicle (Long Term) this might just be the best and cheapest place you could ever ask for. I recommend using them if the location is not an issue for you. I easily give them a 3/5 which is fairly decent.

HIGHLY recommend! Shopped around and these prices were the best by far and also the cleanest, most inviting environment of all the places we visited. To top it off, the office staff, both Doug and Sandee, were the most precious and helpful people! We felt very comfortable and very well taken care of from the first phone call and through the whole process. A little further drive for us, but SO worth it!!

The experience was great and the attendant was friendly and helpful. The pricing is better than Public Storage. The only reason I didnt give it 5 stars is because the office entrance isnt wheelchair accessible, so if I was alone when going to secure a unit, I would not have been able to enter. Its a good thing that online payment is an option.

They went above and beyond to accommodate us. We had to change the move in date 4 times. They honored my conformation anyway just on my word. We got a huge discount!!! My husband and I have have been storing here for over 3 years. Pam and Sandee have always been very nice. The prices are lower than anywhere else Ive ever stored at....hence my 3+ years of storage here. Pam and Sandy are like family. Today Im paying our storages and just hanging out with Pam.

This storage company was easy to work with and both Sandy and Jeremiah were helpful anytime I went in the office. Cubesmart had one of the best rates. Be forewarned there is a marijuana grow house or dispensary next door. If you dont mind the smell, you wont have a problem.

Pam Masek was the best when I came to rent an unit. She helped figure out what size unit I needed and set me up. This rental property is exactly like every other except for the staff and pricing at Cubesmart are above market. Those 2 things are exceptional.
