The management has definetely gone downhill since the changeover the past year. I have witnessed on more than one occasion the owner yelling at tenants over rent and messes they supposedly left behind. The previous managers allowed 24/7 access to everyone, the new ones only do if youre on their "preferred list". I had to hassle back and forth to keep my access. I am happy I left a few months ago.

Things were great at first until I noticed things missing, then noticed latch was tampered with, when brought to the staffs attention they lie to me about other customers not complaining about anything missing, Ive talked to at least 3 who said they have told them same thing and still yet nothing its being done.

The staff was incredibly helpful. I rented a parking spot for my trailer but i couldnt actually fit my trailer in the spot. They opened the doors for me a half hour after the office closing time and helped me find a better spot. If i worked there i would have told me to beat it and come back tomorrow.

Cliff and Karen go out there way to make sure I get in and out with my big truck. Cliff always offers to help, and Karen went out of her way working with our corporate office setting up a way for monthly payments.

The management is rude and condescending. They have a very poor habit of yelling at and berating customers. As soon as I have the time to find another unit, Im gone.

My experience was excellent. Staff was friendly and facility appeared to be well-run. It is also one of the very few places "in" the city for secure vehicle storage.
