This facility is very run down and smells like rotting partition board. I initially decided to rent from Public Storage because of their location and thought from the size of the company it would be a sensible decision. During the process of filling out the rental application I asked about the purpose of having to obtain mandatory rental insurance. I was told it was a formality to protect against theft loss or weather damage. I asked if they have issues with weather damage and was told that they do not. Well the unit I was given had a leak in the roof and within the first month of my rental I went in to fill the remainder of my unit during my home move and found several of my boxes soaked and leaning heavily to the side. I soon realized I had lost irreplaceable items and instead of putting things into my unit I was pulling them out and going through boxes. The next day I reported the leak to the property manager. I was told they indeed do have leaks in their storage areas and that I should have packed and stored my items on pallets and under tarps. After days of going through my belongings I asked if I would be given a pro rate or waiver discount for the time I lost due to the property roof leak. I was told that I am responsible for the condition of my belongings while in the unit and would be charged full rental charges. I provided my storage unit with pallets and tarps and repacked my belongings. I asked how long it would be to get the roof leak fixed and was told work orders are completed within a day or two. Over a week and a half later and during an intense rain storm I called and asked when the roof would be fixed. I did not heard back. The next day I went in and asked again when the roof would be fixed and was told "We will get to it whenever". Well I know now that this company cares nothing about customer satisfaction and is dishonest with responses to questions about the condition of their property and its services. I will never again rely on these slumlords during such a critical demanding time. If they would have been truthful to simple logical questions from the beginning I would still have those precious things lost when I stored at their very disappointing facility.

First of all, the door that leads to hallway or my unit didnt have a stick to keep it open like all the other doors. So I kindly asked the front desk of they could get one for it. Over a course of almost a month- and asking 6 different times there still was no door holder! The property itself is very run down. And now today after only a few months of having my unit I am told that my rent is increasing! The reason I selected them is because of the rate. Also, I had to find out via my invoice. They claimed they sent a letter but I never recieved one. This has not been a very pleasant experience.

I am a first time renter on a storage unit so I had a lot of questions and concerns. I was able to get the majority of my questions answered online. When I found enough info online I scheduled a unit online. I came in on a Sunday, early, and Christine was there to help answer my remaining questions and show me the unit etc. I was sold. The paperwork was painless and the site is easy to access. I couldnt have asked for a better first time renter experience. thank you Christine for making everything so smooth and painless!!!

Awesome customer service from day one! Casanova & Brandellyn have & continue to , provide world class service. They were knowledgeable about the amount of space I would need. They always show a friendly attitude whether over the phone or inperson. And, always exude empathy when discussing packing material pricing &/or monthly payment and charges. Thank you guys for going out of your way to make what is normally a tedious hassle with a, moving transition, into a positive experience for me & my family!

First off caution people live here n could steal stuff. The place it self has awful customer service dont inform you of all the ways the screw you when you move out. Use caution cause n read hole contract. Just had pay 210 for 2 day of storage in month because rep wont tell you they dont prorate your charges like other places. I was told when I move out I pay for days used that month. No they will charge you hole month no matter what. Awful place and no communication at this place.

I have to say Jacki is the best ever . She is always willing to help she follows up when she says she will she is always looking for ways to better her customer service . I work for a callcenter. I listen to tones when calling other companys for assistance on other personal business . I noticed every time I talk to Jacki she always has a upbeat ready to help me out tone . Thank you Jacki. Also this location got a 5 star rating for how the grounds are kept . Always clean ..

I was sharing a unit with a friend who didnt pay the monthly fee and didnt tell me until 25 days later. I paid off the storage unit + late fees and Celia worked with me to get into a smaller unit with a promotional first month price that will cost me approximately the same p/month as I was paying to split the larger unit. I very much appreciate their service and understanding in helping me get into a better situation where Im not dependent upon others.

Sherrie was extremely helpful to my husband and I. We just moved here & just needed to store some small items. I got a call from her right after my reservation, came in & was taken care of immediately. So friendly & welcoming. She even offered some help towards my husband finding a job, she gave great suggestions & of course I got an awesome deal on a unit. I definitely recommend you give her a shout if you need a storage unit. Shes the best!!!

I am a former public storage customer. I stopped by this office because your manager Anastasia has always given us great service in the past. And I was not disappointed again. She has wonderful customer service skills and is a joy to work with. I fully trust leaving my belongings in the hands of public storage because of this amazing employee. I had my basement flood and had to move out 21 years of my life in 3 days. They had me set up to move in in less than and hour while things at home were being loaded I already had my keys in my hand for my unit. Reasonable pricing and wonderful people. They even followed up a few weeks after move in to see if I had any concerns. The unit is clean and accessible. I highly recommend this location and business.

And she was so helpful and accommodating; providing us with exactly what we needed.
