I loved my entire move-in experience from the first contact. Which was initiated from first reserving my storage unit online via the website for FREE! I also am glad they give you very easy and manageable freedom to pick which unit you need. What also give me freedom as the "renter" is that its on a month-to-month basis! I highly recommend this location specifically as I had tried talking and working with the other surrounding locations and I did not receive such comfortable customer service. In my eyes, customer service isnt sticking to a generic script and having comfortable communication between yourself and the company or business you are working with! If you want freedom as a renter in a secure storage company/business, go only to this Extra Space Storage! :)

I love the place. The only thing that i do not like is when many companies and all ads display false prices. Mine additional was 18 dollars a month now it is 27 dollars. Because the insurance you have to have. So why not include that in the beginning. I believe its deceptive and that is something i really hate. I called to talk to a rep about this matter she really showed poor customer service. I said that i will get rid of the storage she really did not care rather i did or not and i do not like her. But other than that in person they are wonderful people. Its clean. No insects or rodents.Its a perfect fit for those who have money to use.

Fantastic experience! We found that we needed a storage unit and within the hour we had a unit reserved and received a phone call from the manager, Shannon, within minutes of reserving our unit. The process was quick and easy and Shannon was very courteous, knowledgeable and upfront about things, which is very refreshing. The facility itself isnt visible from the road, which I think is fantastic and feels way more secure. I went with the best price I could find, which I figured would mean compromising quality-wise, but found it was quite the opposite. Would recommend to anyone in a heartbeat!

I have been renting stroage units at this location for over 10yrs. I even moved across town, but still travel back to this location, because this is the best stroage facility I have ever rented from. This storage unit is clean and secure. All the staff is professional and wonderful to deal with. The manager Shannon has been helping me with my storage units for years. Not only is she professional, she has a caring energy that makes you feel that your personal belongings are always being looked after. It is definitely worth checking this location out, the next next time you need a storage unit.

I was recently in the market for a storage unit. After being insulted by a member at a Public Storage facility, I called Extra Space Storage on Mississippi and was impressed! I was handled politely, informed of anything I wanted to know and the price was unbeatable! The unit is safe secure and most of all easy to access! Great location, great price and an extremely friendly staff! If you need a unit, GO HERE!

I came to this location with a friend who rented a space there only to find that the lock to his unit had been cut and the unit pillaged. we retrieved the attendant who offered little assistance and ushered us off and told us our incident was isolated. I walk down the isle to find five other units in that same hallway with locks that had been cut and then duct taped back up after being pillaged.

Our experience with Extra Space Storage at 6301 W Mississippi Ave, Lakewood, CO has been excellent. The price is right, our 10x10 storage unit is easily accessible (drive up to our unit with our SUV), has a full size roll up door, great security with an on-site manager, and personable, helpful staff. We used the free (you only pay for gas) on-site truck to move our stuff in; it was great!

I had a 5x10 unit here for several years and never once had a problem with the facility. Its always clean and easily accessible and the staff is always friendly as well. My only complaint was that they kept increasing the rental price (I think 3-4 times over just as many years) but even after that the price was still fair for the size of the unit. Overall it was fantastic!

Doesnt that say it all? Great staff, very personable and helpful. Auto-bill feature is great and the free truck for move in was very helpful. Facility is clean and well lit. Was offered a choice of many different units of my size requirements, and found the perfect one. Lots of dollys to move in easier for non-drive up units. Couldnt be happier.

Julie was the best. We were running a little late, experiencing a tire malfunction, and the entire time she worked with us by staying a little later than her usual closing time and lifting our spirits at the end of our journey with a bottle of water on an extremely hot day. Extra space storage is lucky to have such an amazing employee!

Shannon at the front desk is a doll. Super sweet and willingly to answer any questions about the units and the town. Im new to the area so finding somewhere that isnt trying to charge a bunch was reassuring. Not only did I get a great deal on my unit but I also got a warm welcome! We looked at many options for storage and while there were others closer to us, Extra Space was the cheapest hands down. With the free truck and clean, secure, storage spaces we moved our stuff in. The only disappointment is that that rate keeps going up, more than once a year.

Shannon was awesome. We got my rental set up quickly (which I like), and I still got all of my questions answered. She even let me borrow a lock for the night because I forgot to bring one. I was really pleased with my rental and actually had fun doing business with her.
