Ive been storing my belongings for about a year. I have not had one issue with the service provided. Its safe and secure, not to mention Dave and Mary are available to help out with any issues. I had a small issue regarding payment (credit card was stolen and hacked), Dave and Mary were patient and accommodating as my new account was set up and were very helpful even though my monthly payment was due. I wouldnt put my stuff anywhere else.

I could not have been more happy with this storage facility. I needed a facility to store my belongings while I waited for my new home to become available. The staff was incredibly helpful, kind, and flexible. I needed to change the dates I moved in and out several times, and every time they helped me with a smile. They were very accommodating. Next time I need to use a storage facility, I will definitely go back to them.

The management at this facility is so rude it is indescribable. There is no professional conduct at all. While trying to clear a debt and remove my items the management conducted himself by screaming, adding fees cause he was mad and making phone calls to us just to yell and hang up on us. I was a customer for almost 6 years and now I will never go back. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

My stuff is still there and it feels so safe! the double code to get in and out, and not being able to access the units overnite, all keep things safe. A storage place on 92nd/ Fed Blvd just had several units broken into, and I felt so relieved that it wouldnt happen here, say nothing about how great Mary and Dave are to work with, fun and helpful!!

The place is great. But the gate hours dont. The gate closes at 7. When working 2 jobs I cant make it in time. I was forced to take time off when I couldnt afford it to move my goods. Will give 5 stars if gate was open later.

I have to store my things for a very long time. I am quite disappointed that the company would find a need to raise the rent on a long time loyal customer. The managers are great and the property is clean and safe.

This storage facility rocks. Very clean. Very personable staff that helps with everything. Decent rates, I pay under $60 for a 5x5. Also, very secure. Only draw back, they are not 24 hours, in fact open 7 to 7.
