David Grossman

Management was very helpful in showing us the storage units and in completing the paper work. Couple of notes. They require you to hold insurance to cover your belongings. If you do not have an existing policy they will require you to buy their policy. Minimum price for their policy is $10 per month. I highly recommend that they allow you to waive this requirement and sign a waiver to the effect that you take full responsibility for your effects.

David and Brad were both very helpful and efficient. We were in and out very quickly and evened purchased a lock on site. They also had a nice assortment of packing supplies onsite. We were all set up and ready to go very quickly. The next morning we were there at 6AM and we had no problems. The storage unit we rented is clean and dry, and the carts in the building are very useful.

Began renting there in 1999. The staff has always been helpful and polite whenever I had a question or needed their help with something. Left the StorQuest Self Storage for a less expensive, twice the size unit & is located a bit closer to my home. Would recommend with the caveat of the new place being just as well run & maintained for much lower rental.

Staff is very friendly and helpful, and the price is great. Cinder block walls and wrought iron fencing with security code access. Units are lit, and interior units have extra wide doors and halls. Facility is clean and well kept. And if youre in Highlands Ranch, you cant beat the location!
