Lindsey and Emily are fantastic. Very personable and professional to provide the best customer service that if you go to your storage area - you literally feel as if you are home as they are both welcoming and a joy to be around. Companies often lack the personnel that are clearly people persons as well as great managers of a facility that houses the most important items that you have. I cannot thank them both enough for all their assistance during my move as well as the professionalism that is topic notch. First let me say the manager, Emily, at the Highlands Ranch location is both highly professional and very pleasant/nice at the same time... a GREAT combination! The facility is well maintained and convenient to anyone in Highlands Ranch. The interior units are climate controlled and the lighting is excellent. I highlly recommend SecureCare in Highlands Ranch.

Selling our house and moving everything to storage until we found another house was stressful enough, but these 2 ladies were SO helpful and made that part of our journey so easy! The facility in Highlands Ranch, CO has the worst customer service I have ever experienced. They care nothing about their customers. I will make sure no one I know or meet ever calls this place for services. Disgusting!

Clean facility. Super Managers. My wife and I had a small mishap where the access gate hit our car. Emily took care of the problem and showed great customer service. Highly recommend this storage location.
