I have been a returning customer of this facility since 2010. The location suits my needs and I have always felt safe storing my belongings here. When I returned this year to store my belongings during a move I got to know sweet Charlotte. She has always greeted me with a smile and a cheerful attitude, even remembering my name. That says a lot when I know that there are a lot of people that come in and out of that office everyday. Having that kind attitude and warm smile sets the tone for someones day. Thank you for setting the positive tone in my day, always with a smile.

My husband went in last week to ask about renting a storage unit. He said that he spoke with a lady named Brandellyn and she was vary helpful and professional. She explained things in detail and answered all of the questions that he had.He said that she really knows her stuff & the storage is clean and well kept. My husband wasnt sure at the time if we were going to rent. We tried with other companies and always ended up paying more. Brandellyn explained EVERYTHING!!!!! WE KNOW WHAT WE HAVE TO PAY....WE THINK PUBLIC STORAGE AS A TRUE ASSET IN BRANDELLYN

Dawn helped me rent just the right storage unit for my collector car. She showed me the unit to make sure it would suit my needs, completed the paperwork, showed me how to use the entry system very efficiently. She was so nice and very easy to work with. This storage facility is clean, safe and close to where I live. I have never done this before and Dawn made it a good experience. I will be back in the future. Dawn is a great employee for Public Storage.

Average- indoor storage lighting doesnt work in the unit or down the hallways so your working in the dark. They say theyve had an electrician out to fix it. Well hire another one cause the last one didnt know what they were doing or run new conduit and wires- I should have lights on in my storage. I pay my bill. Now you hold up your end. 2 months later it still doesnt work. WTF! 3 stars because its still clean and seems secure.

I reserved my storage unit online and the day after i got a phone call from the manager, Dawn. She made the whole process easy. We had a great conversation and she is genuinely a great person. She obviously loves to help people. Im even thinking of upgrading to a bigger unit, which she says is not a problem. Im more than happy with the experience. I love public storage but I love this location most of all. Thanks Dawn!

Dawn was wonderful to work with! She made sure I was happy with the unit I was renting, stepped through all the details of the contract, and answered every question. She is very friendly and nice to talk to and I look forward to seeing her next time. The facility is great as well, and you can tell Dawn pays attention to all the details as the property manager. I was at the location for over a year and always appreciated the help received from Dawn. She is a credit to the organization for her customer service and attention to detail. The downside are the rate increases. The first one was over $25 per month and the second (about to take affect) was over $20 per month. They are too costly for me. But thank you Dawn.

It was a nice surprise to find a really good deal for a 10 x 30 storage unit at Public Storage. We were paying twice for a much smaller space at Extra Space Storage. Charlotte, the property manager was a delight to work with and greeted us with a smile each and every time we came to talk with her. We are now happy customers with Public Storage!

This place is great! The manager, Dawn, took the time to show me the various units available and help me pick out one that would work for me. She was very friendly and had me moved in right away. Rental rates were also very competitive with other storage places. Would definitely come back if I need to store again.

The gals that work here are super friendly!! I needed a storage unit pretty quick and they were very helpful and accommodating. I was lucky and found the deal to get my first month storage for a $1 plus some other minor typical fees. All in all its been a good experience. I will use Public Storage again!

Charlotte was very helpful! We needed to move from a PS unit in North Denver Metro to South Denver Metro in a short period of time. Charlotte couldnt have made it any more smooth. The Unit we were able to rent is in the best location for our needs. Super happy with our experience in this chaotic time.
