False and misleading advertising! We were told at move-in that we could reserve the moving truck anytime and use it for whatever. When we tried to use it after we had moved-in, we were told it was for "move-in only" -- when I responded that we had been told *ANYTIME* I was laughed at and told "It says it ALL OVER the truck". Ya know what? It says it NOWHERE AT ALL! Its bad enough that the guy was completely rude but to tell me I dont know what I am talking about and then to LIE TO ME, this place is absolutely terrible and I would NEVER recommend it to anyone but my worst enemy. I did finally find a mention buried deep within their site in the FAQ that says it is for move-in only. Now, if this had been told to me up front when I rented the storage unit, or had been printed on the paperwork I was given about the truck, or was actually "ALL OVER" the truck as I was told, then it would be understandable. Treating customers like they are idiots is not a way to win business, Im sorry "A Storage Place" couldnt see that.

I cant speak to the storage aspect, but we have a camper that we need to dump our tanks after camping and so we came here a few times since its close to our house. Im not sure the front desk guys name, but it was like pulling teeth to pay. He always said his credit card machine was down, yet I only had a card and it worked. He sits there looking at you almost spying and very creeperish while you dump your tanks. He made it weird enough for me, let alone my wife was creeped out. And to boot, you "cant" even turn around to leave. You have to back up blind onto a street with no way of knowing if a car is coming. I did that once and I said screw it the other time and simply pulled up and turned around. We will be going to bear creek from now on, which out of the way, but cheaper and plenty of room and nobody spying on you.

I have had good experience with this place. I have had several units here for years. Some of the reviews talk about the staff being mean. I wish they would be meaner to some of the tenants because people leave trash all around and overfill the dumpster and leave stuff piled around the dumpster. If people respected the property better the staff would probably be nicer. I dont give 5 stars because the prices are on the upper end of other storage places and the road leading to the facility is rough. Overall I am happy and recommend the place.

I rented a small storage unit for 1 month and it was a good experience. The two guys who work there are very friendly and helpful. This was my first time getting storage and they walked me through the whole thing and made it very easy. Very upfront- no weird fees popped up. Id definitely recommend A Storage Place!

Ive had a small storage unit for about a year now. I call every month to pay my bill, and everyone is always so nice on the phone; they even remember to ask after my dog :) I never have issues getting access to my unit, and I feel like the stuff I have stored is safe.

The units are nice and the grounds are well kept. The staff can be quite rude (namely "Ernie") and for this reason I will not be recommending this business to anyone.

if i could give more stars i would. at a storage place i experienced excellent customer service and a solid storage spot for the cost. . . what more do you need?

Good facilities and friendly and helpful management. I have two outside storage spots at this location and have never had any issues.

Great facility, well maintained, and convenient location. It would be great if the gate hours went later, but 9pm is reasonable.
