My fiance and I have been renting our storage unit from the u-store on Knox Ct. in Denver for about six months. The fact that there is 24 access was the first thing that brought us in. We had checked with other storage facilities in the area, and we were very happy to learn that u-store was also cheaper than anyone else. From the day we came to sign our rental agreement, the manager, Sandy, has been absolutely amazing. She has always made us feel welcome. Her smile and personable attitude is like a breath of fresh air. She is very knowledgable concerning her job, and she is always on top of her game. We are so impressed that although she did not have a larger unit available to us, we decided to just rent another smaller unit so that we can stay here at u-store. My husband and I stored there for a few months in 2014 and had a great experience. I guess we always judge a storage place based on the friendliness of the staff and cleanliness of the property and on security. Sandy made us feel right at home and very welcome. And the place was immaculate. We liked that Sandy lives on site and keeps an eye out. I would reccomend Ustor Knox ct to everyone looking to use a self storage facility. One other perk is the onsite bathroom. A lot of places dont have that! And when your out there all day you need it!

Ive been a customer of Sandys for many years. I have never had such wonderful service at a storage facility. I recently had to move out of state for a year, and she helped make the process painless. I just wanted to say a big thank you to Sandy and the U-Stor team. After a difficult divorce and having to move into a smaller "bachelor pad", I didnt want to give up all the treasures Id accumulated over 10 yrs of marriage. U-Stor helped me out tremendously, finding me the right size space at a great price and allowing me to rent month to month until I got back on my feet. Thank you again U-Stor!

After living in my house for 14 years I was nervous to store my personal items at a storage unit, but finding this place lessen my worries. My unit was robbed last weekend along with about 44 other units. The thieves cut the padlocks and opened the doors to steal items. The doors are supposed to be alarmed and the premises monitored 24/7 against just such incidents. Some security!
