From the moment I made my first phone call to the moment I moved out of my unit I couldnt be happier. Cottonwood Self Storage has excellent customer service. Paying my bill each month was a joy because they made it easy to pay. You can pay online, by phone, or take payment into the office. I enjoyed paying by phone each month because Tom was very polite and cheerful every time we spoke. After paying my bill I received my receipt by email right away. The unit I had was a 10x10. The unit had plenty of lighting on the outside and a gate which made me feel comfortable knowing my possesions were safe. I did not have any issues during my 8 months rent. The price was very affordable and they never once raised it on me. The location and price was wonderful and the staff (Tom) was amazing to work with!!!

This was our second time utilizing a storage unit at Cottonwood. Five years ago, when we moved from a townhome to a single family we needed some space. We again used their facility for the past four months while we sold that home and bought another. On both occasions the unit was clean when we rented it and it stayed secure while we occupied it. Along with friendly service and a fair price, thats all were really looking for, right? I would recommend Cottonwood to anyone who needs a storage unit. The gate equipment has just been upgraded and is easire to use, there are cameras all over the place(which made my wife feel better) and the grounds are well kept. Give them a try! Joe

Cottonwood Self Storage was such a life saver. I was in a really bad bind and had all my belongings in my car. I began to call around and Tom answered the phone even though it was after they had closed. I was so fortunate to have found Cottonwood. Tom is so friendly and so super helpful. He went above and beyond in helping me figure out my storage needs. I cant thank him enough or even describe how much his extra level of service truly made a difference to me and my life. Great place, good location and excellent service.

Would give it 5 stars if they wouldnt have changed their hours. Ive had a storage locker here for over 10 years and up until this year (2017), they were open 24 hours. Its what kept me with them so long. Im a night person and do most of my awake time in the evening hours & on more than 1 occassion I needed to go to my storage locker and couldnt because of their new hours and them closing early.

I called in a pinch from across the country, and Cottonwood was extremely helpful & accommodating. Ive had my unit for over a year, with no complaints. Finally moving out & giving up my unit, and I highly recommend to anyone who is looking. Friendly, responsive staff, clean units, safe & secure location. Awesome!

We would highly recommend Cottonwood Storage. Tom and the staff are fantastic! We had two units and they were both clean and easy to access. Prices are also very reasonable. We will certainly be return customers, should we ever need storage again.
