We came in to simply rent a trailer but there was a discrepancy between their computer and Uhaul customer service. As we tried to figure out the issue, Maria couldnt figure it out, got angry at us for asking why they were charging more than the uhaul across town, and started yelling at us to leave. By far the WORST customer service I have ever experienced in any industry. Do not visit this business if you want a pleasant experience.

No idea what customer service is. My Uhaul truck broke down after driving it for two miles and they still charged me full price plus mileage. Uhaul trailered the vehicle to where I needed to go but I lost three hours of my time. Didnt expect to get it for nothing but did expect a break on the price for the inconvenience.

Ive seen other reviews that werent so favorable, but personally, I had no issues. Reserved online, went to the office for pickup, and quick and friendly enough. Fine with me.

Horrible customer service, wouldnt even waste my time if I were you. There are too many other storage places in the same area to be treated like that.
