Dave is very nice, always been respectful:-) John, on the other hand is the most MEAN SPIRITED, DISRESPECTFUL and CUNNING person Ive ever met. Very disrespectful of a Senior citizen as myself, and sneaky! Today without coming to me, he must have seen me drive thru and "blocked me" from going back the same way. He has ALWAYS been this way to me, and I had complained when Cubesmart took over, and the manager of the other company unfortunately could not visit him, so I gave him another chance. Today, Ive had it! I am a VERY GOOD judge of character and this man needs disciplined in regards to me or anyone for that matter. I am an RN at a local hospital and if I treated anyone like he does, I would be FIRED! He has yelled at me before, and sneakily came and turned off the moving truck ignition that I was driving in May 2017, without just coming to me, as in todays incident. Instead cunning and sneaky behavior persists! I once had an assistant with me helping with my boxes and she could not believe his attitude even towards her. Why is he allowed to have this behavior? and of course without a manager knowing. If this were a one time incident, I certainly would not be complaining, but this is almost EVERY time I have interaction with him. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE, discipline him on adjusting his attitude, it needs a huge adjustment. You may call me to further discuss all the "mean-spirited" interaction I have endured with this buffoon. Also, does he have a learning disability? He treats you like you are ignorant, when in fact, he is the one who is a complete buffoon. Regards.

Talk about going above and beyond for a customer; David Kyllonen is THE BEST!!!! My experience started out with an online reservation through CubeSmart, which led me to Davids CubeSmart to finish my singing. Wen I first arrived David greeted me with a welcoming smile and gave me a tour of the facility, answering any questions I had along the way. However, when finalizing my storage contract there was an issue applying a promotional that was being offered on their website, turns out that right when I was about to pay, CubeSmart updated the promotional on their website so the computer wasnt recognizing it anymore. David went above and beyond to honor the promotional despite the computers not wanting to; he called 3 other CubeSmart representatives including his regional manager. All in all, his efforts allowed me to receive what was promised. Thanks David!!! I will definitely be using this storage facility in the future!

I am approaching my third month at Extra Space Storage. I am a seasoned storage space renter and I usually use Public Storage. This time around I was looking for a temperature controlled unit and something a little more personable. This was a perfect choice. Mike Krafft has got the personable aspect down. Not only did he have super informative answers, he also had anecdotes and cool stories for me. I like to be able to have a conversation with people I do business with. Max the assistant, is also super awesome and both are very polite, courteous, and accommodating. I will be keeping my belongings here as long as I need to and have no desire to change storage companies ever! Thanks for making a stressful time in life way less stressful. Mike you rock!

I dont normally post bad reviews, but when I do its because the incompetence of the manager now has me in a dispute with the credit agency because they charged me for a month of rent when I moved out the month before. Also- John promised me a free first months of rent and instead he charged me for that, didnt honor the 1st month free and now they are going after a month of rent that I ensured I was moved out for. I disputed the month of rent from my credit card and now they sent me to collections for that month of rent. Oh yeah - the "free" rental truck was broken the day I wanted to use it, so much for great service there!

Excellent service, VERY clean facilities, lots of security cameras that actually work and are actually turned on, they have fantastic hours, a free truck for a day (reserve it in advance), they have climate controlled units, plenty of available carts, you can buy boxes and other moving materials, the sliding glass doors can be folded up if you need more width, and they even have cold water bottles for customers. I cant say enough about this place. The people who are running it are the nicest people, and theyre very efficient; I actually feel like putting them on my Christmas Card list. Ill never go anywhere else for storage.

It was my pleasure to work with John Krafft in May, when I rented two storage units from ExtraSpace Storage at 5885 W. Colfax, Denver, CO. He was extremely helpful and took the time that I needed to understand how all of the process would work. Every time I add more items to storage, John says hello and offers to help in any way that he can. Ive noticed, too, that John spends as much time with each customer as they need. Hes never too busy. Dave, the manager, is very informative and friendly. The facilities are clean and well kept. I reserved a unit online, then went in about 30 minutes later. Upon arrival I was greeted promptly and within, literally, about 10 minutes I had seen the unit Id be using, had paperwork filled out and was through the gate with my new code! Pricing is better than the competition. The place is secure, well lit and there are plenty of surveillance cameras to keep an eye on things. Cubesmart is so clean that I was happily surprised. There are moving carts ready and available to haul your belongings to and from the storage unit, which is so helpful. David greeted me, showed me different storage units so that I could see for myself the sizes and then I could choose. He didnt push me for a sale, he didnt rush me. David was extremely nice, friendly and yet very professional. I am so impressed that I would 100% recommend Cubesmart to EVERYONE... Teresa

Moved to Denver and needed to place some things in storage while I trailed and search for a permanent residence. John worked with me over the phone so when I showed up my space was ready for me. Location is very secure and interior is clean. I only used the unit for one month but if I have storage needs in the future I will certainly use them again. John krafft did an amazing job! I never rented a storage unit before and he made the experience wonderful! He gave me a tour right away and showed me the avaliable units. Once i found the right one signing the lease was easy! He was happy and very good company to talk to. John Krafft was polite and worked fast so I was not there all day. If you go to CubeSmart Self storage you should ask for him!
