Tanda was extremely rude and had a horrible attitude with not only myself but everyone else that came while I waited in the office for a very long time. She also chose her personal phone calls were more important than business. She was upset with me because she or someone else in the office lost all my paperwork that I completed twice. She gave me a code that didnt work for the gate and implied I wasnt competent enough to use the code but it didnt work when she tried it either. I will never be back to any uncle Bobs and will strongly keep anyone I can away from this borderline harassment treatment. I hope they resolve this issue and that it is just a single employee that feels it is ok to treat the people paying to keep the business open and her job this poorly. By far the worst customer service experience Ive ever had. The facility is good so with me and my companys continuous storage needs if there is a friendly respectful employee there I may bring my business back.

An incredible starting experience this was! The store manager, Tanda Beck, was a complete "Rock Star"!!! Tanda was friendly, kind, efficient, professional, FUNNY, and extremely thorough pertaining to all information/policies/etc. Not needing a storage unit in over 30yrs, Tanda made this process easy, relaxed, and FUN! Tanda is sheer JOY! As a new customer, I am thankful and grateful to LifeStorage for having such an incredible "ambassador" such as Tanda "manning the front lines". You have an incredible asset to your company, take care of her! Definitely put a smile on my face and provided peace of mind. Thank you, Tanda Beck, I am grateful!

Cybil and Tanda were terrific in helping us in our interstate move. After calling them, they listening to our needs and they suggested what spaces would be ideal for an 18 wheeler to access. They reserved the spaces we needed well in advance. Our move date was two days latter than originally planned, but Cybil worked with us and assured us that our storage locations would be held for us until we arrived. They took a lot of anxiety out of our move!!! You couldnt do any better than working with them!!

Just want to say this is one of the best storages Ive ever had Ive been here over almost 2 years and Tanda is one of the greatest person Ive met here she goes beyond her expectations to make sure the customer is happy I wouldnt change another storage I would keep here if I had to move out and come back to the storage it would be this one hope people pick this one cuz its a great place here in Thornton .

They have been nothing but amazing to me. I had a last minute move and they were able to get me in to a storage room at a great price. I when i was ready to get out of storage they even worked with my move out date. they are very flexible. The staff is wonderful but the manager is amazing .I would go back if need be.

My first time using a storage facility. The staff (the lady who helped us was Mayoori) was very friendly and professional, and the building was sparklingly clean. Highly recommend Edit. 1 year later moving out everything professional and clean. Great storage option

Its a little pricy, but then "what isnt" these days. I didnt mind the price because I felt like my belongings were COMPLETELY safe not only from bad elements (people) but also from bad elements (weather)! If/when I need storage again I "will" use this facility again.

I have used other storage facilities but this one is the best by far. Clean common areas and the staff there are always helpful and informative. Tanda and Cybil are always on point and if it werent for them I would probably have gone elsewhere

Nice place. The staff is great & they have reasonable prices. The only thing i think they need to improve is the temperature inside it gets pretty hot in there for a supposed controlled temperature
