Went in on a Sunday after being called before I even finished the online form to see if a unit was even available. Christine told me to come down and showed me the unit. In less than 24 hours I advised them that would no longer need the unit of which I had already paid for through the end of April. When requesting a refund I was advised that I now owned the lock that I could have paid half for at the store (Bring you own Lock.) in addition all I could be refunded was the 8 days in April that I had been charged additionally for as I began my month on 22nd of March and was charged all the way through April. In short I was charged an entire months rent 75.00 for a unit that was used (with nothing in it) for less than 24hrs. There are better deals out there with better people to work with. No sympathy for someone with needs that change daily as I currently in between homes with little to now income, but Im glad that I could give someone else half my weekly paycheck for use of a unit that wasnt used.

Cindy has been extremely helpful in helping identify the size of storage unit I needed and what else would be helpful (covers for furniture, dryer cloths to repel bugs, etc.). She is friendly and always willing to help. Cindy is also very personable and easy to talk to. Additionally, when I made my reservations online, Cindy called me promptly to confirm the unit/s I needed and setting up time to meet. My interaction with Jessica has been more limited. However, she was very friendly and flexible in meeting me to do the paperwork on the second unit I rented. The units are very clean and ready to move in; I strongly recommend this facility to anyone needing extra space in the north area.

the units them selves arnt the best being that water gets in and all that good stuff but the customer service is great they call before your late on payments, and if you lose your lock they work with you to get it cut and a new lock. its overall a great place to rent a storage unit thank you cindy, chyanna, and doug, and all of the rest of the people that work there you make the experience better for all of us, and thank you for being so friendly

We booked online. When we arrived they didnt have a unit in the size we ordered. We were sent to Nother location for additional cost. When we got there we were told it would cost more because we didnt book online. We were then sent to another property across town. We gave up on these guys and went with another storage company. These guys are really lacking customer service.

I have been a customer at this location since 2008 and have nothing but great things to say about this location. Cindy and the staff are awesome and are always on top of things around the property and have always taken care of my questions and needs right away. Its nice to have great personal service that is consistent over the years!

A reservation doesn’t mean you have a reservation. I reserved online and got a call from the manager the day before I was suppose to move. She informed me that my reservation didn’t guarantee a unit, but she could recommend a more expensive place 10 miles out of the way. Horrible customer service and responsiveness. STAY AWAY.

Storage unit was clean and ready to go. Ive been dealing with Cindy for over 2 years now and she is always friendly and does great job. Great place to store your stuff. I had one small problem with the door not shutting right and I told Cindy in the office and they fixed the door later that day. Great lace to go, P4.

Jami is a wonderful. She made my move in extremely easy and I feel safe storing my items at her property. I see the way she treats other customers, her property and the way she treated me, there is no question of satisfaction. Five stars without hesitation!

The manager there is very nice, genuine and helpful. I have rented from multiple storage places and this location is by far my favorite one so far. My only concern is the gate squeals really bad but functions fine for now. I would recommend some maintenance.

Been a customer for almost 2 years now. Lot is always clean and employees are always presentable. They carry all the boxes and fixins you need to get a move done too!! All things considered I would always recommend this location for storage.
