I have been renting a space here for a year, 10x10 the first 3 months were $99 and then $134 a month, after a few months my monthly payment ended up being $136. i got a house with a car garage and i decided to save money and start moving my things over my garage. Most of my furniture was ruined by RAT DROPPINGS, i had to leave some Toys and a couple of furniture because it was disgusting and i didnt want anybody to get those things like that. According to their policy company if i do not take all of my things out of there before my next payment they will charge me $250. Also, i had some other issues before such as the person in charge of the getting the financial info entered my credit card information wrong and when i called to ask about it they told me to call the bank because according to them it was issue with the bank not with them, i had to go back to office and see if someone could help me to see why my payment did not go through. HORRIBLE PLACE ...AND VERY EXPENSIVE I only took some pics of it but it was way more of that over my furniture and the floor was full of it. ...

Andrew is one of the rudest people on the planet!! Dont waste your time or money. I signed up for the auto payments so it was one less stress. Every single month for about 8 months they were having issues running my card. They told me it was an issue with their system, but Andrew wouldnt contact me, letting me know there was an issue until after I occurred a late fee. Finally one month he told me he was tired of dealing with me and starts yelling at me. Somehow their system issues are my fault?!?! They claimed they will refund the late fees, but they wont. Andrew said it is too much effort to refund the fees they caused!!! He also said they were doing me a favor by renting to me! This situation escalated out of hand so badly I had to take it up with the corporate office in IL!!! So I would suggest going somewhere else!!! If not, watch your statements and you will have to call every month on your due date to make sure they are processing your auto payments like they are suppose to.

been storing my personal items here for over a year, finally emptied out my climate controlled unit and discovered my beds and other furniture were flooded. I paid for the insurance the company provided and they denied my claim and the facility is not wanting to help either. Please go else where as you will be paying for flood controlled unit instead of climate controlled, and get screwed with worthless insurance that does not pay a dime and a facility that does not care. This by far has been the worst experience ever and I am very disappointed at the way I have been treated. STAY AWAY FROM THIS LOCATION OR LIFE STORAGE PERIOD THEY TAKE YOUR MONEY AND SCREW YOU!

This place is very affordable and theyre quick into notifying you about payments that never went through. Chris was the one who helped me and my girlfriend get a storage and he even showed up some storage spaces before we signed on one. They have a great staff here!

Excellent service and the best bang for the buck that I could find in the area! My only recommendation would be that they provide a shared moving cart or dolly to get stuff from a car/truck to the inside storage units. Then they would be perfect in my opinion.

Life Storage at 16220 FM 529 in Houston is an affordable and adequate storage complex. The manager, Catherine, sets it apart from the pack. She has the right mix of knowledge, efficiency and friendliness. The facility is good and Catherine is great!
