Where can I start??? They claim that you get free use of a truck...I choose NOT to have a credit card and only have a debit card. We tried to utilize the truck but because we didnt have a CREDIT card, we could not use the truck. They accepted the debit card for payment though.... They claim 24 hour access..this is incorrect. We did not have 24 hour access. In my honest opinion, they are the most deceitful business that I have ever had the unfortunate opportunity to do business with. If you have problems, they wont return calls and search for a resolution. They give you the run around 24/7. If you complain, they will give you 7 days to vacate....

Metro Mini Storage on Queenston Blvd is AMAZING!!! I have had storage with other companies but never have I had an experience like I have had with Metro Mini!!! The staff is knowledgeable and always willing to help you in any way they can. Also their facility is spotless and EXTREMELY secure. I would recommend this facility to anyone looking for storage of any size. Thank you to all the staff!!!

Ive been a customer for over a year and have nothing but great things to say about this facility. It is clean, cool, safe, convenient, and the staff are fantastic!!! I became a customer on a fantastic special, and have been comfortably satisfied that my belongings are safe, protected from the elements, and looked over by competent, caring staff. Had to change credit card due to a fraud issue. Forgot card was used to auto-bill for the storage unit. Took until mid-month for Metro Mini Storage to contact me about the issue all the while charging me two late fees and an over-lock fee. Management said they called earlier in the month but there was never a message left. Shoddy business. Ill be clearing out this month.

Great company! Ive rented now for over two years. I have my bill automatically paid so I just come and go as I please. My family and employees can easily access the storage unit as needed. The place is kept up and clean. I feel my things are safe and I am safe. With my unit door being alarmed and cameras being monitored/recorded, I feel everything is secure.

Great service. I called to see if they had the unit size we needed and also to get an estimate for comparison. Javier gave us the current specials. He also showed us the units available for us to choose from. He was patient with us and answered any questions or concerns that we had. Would recommend this place for anyone near the area.

Kathy L I have been a customer at Queenstons Metro Mini for about 2 years. Staff is always helpful, friendly and courteous. Security is great. When I needed to upgrade to a larger unit, the staff made the transition extremely easy. Would recommend this site to everyone. They have units that should satisfy anyones needs

Personnel is key to good customer service. The lady that helped me to get my storage space was excellent. She was effective and efficient and helpful. Laura E was fabulous. She was helpful and accommodating helping me with my rental and let me use their truck to move my stuff. She also has a great sense of humor.

Great Storage Option! Ive used Metro Mini Storage on Queenston for the last 1.5 years. The facility is well maintained and the staff is always very helpful. Definitely a place Id refer and use for storage again. Things I most liked: secure environment and they have a moving truck onsite for renters to use. Laura at the front will make sure you have nothing less than excellent service!
