The 5 stars I am giving is not for PS as a company, but for the lady that works in the front office. Her name is Candi Mosely. If it wasnt for Miss Candi I would have left PS when they took over this property from the company I leased space from. The entire experience with PS has been nothing short of a nightmare, but your employee, Miss Candi has managed to keep me calm. I was called not even 5 days after moving from a large unit to a smaller unit only to be asked to move again. PS offered to give me the same deal they were giving to others who rented via the internet. What kind of craziness is that? You ask me to move and not even offer assistance in the moving. It took us 5 hours to do that move, due to having to organize from a large space to a smaller one, so this meant that we were going to spend at most 5 more hours to move again. This situation made me decide to find another company to give my business to, but Miss Candi calmed me down and asked that I give you guys another chance. I promise you, she is the reason I am still there. She has also kept me calm around the lack of lighting in my unit. I store business items in that unit, as well as personal things. I cant deal with my stuff, because I cant see in the unit. Im pretty sure you all would have lost more customers had you not hired Miss Candi to work this property. I know she has had to deal with a lot of irate customers since you all took over. PS should be ashamed of themselves as a company, but should be proud that someone had the sense to hire a good person to help us when needed. Kudos Miss Candi and thanks again for your patience. So disappointed in the changes being made since Public Storage purchased the new Sure Point Storage. I was one of the first 3 customers to lease a unit from Sure Point and referred many people to this new business. I even moved up to a unit twice the size with in the first 2 months. Now Public Storage has notified me they are renovating the handful of units that are shaped differently than the majority of their inventory. At this time the property has 720 units of which OVER 500+ of them are still vacate! The units I am being offered are actually much less than what I am paying now yet PS would rather lose a good paying customer who needed that unique style of a unit for a reason. After 2 days of phone calls we received a return call saying "Public Storage has already made their decision to make these changes and will be moving forward regardless." Now I have to take my time out to move somewhere else on the property that is no where as convenient to the parking lot or entrances as my current unit (entrances are only located on 1 side of the building). As someone who works in customer service and property management I am shocked and appalled that PS would rather forfeit and existing higher paying customers contract when this location is currently at 72% vacancy. I really hope changing approximately 15 unique style units (15w x 10d) to convert them into 2 units is well worth the frustration to your current customers, which I understand I am of a very select few to lease this style. *** The ladies in the office are very nice and I have no problems with them.

Learn from my mistake and select another storage center. The staff is uninformed, aggressive and rude. At point of sale the pricing was different from what was quoted over the phone. I was told the optional insurance is "required." After pointing out that the unit would be covered on my existing insurance policy she seemed to become irritated and insisted that I make a selection. Next I discovered the door lock charge. The clerk advised that if I did not want to buy one from her, I could return with my own. I requested to see the lock type to verify ours would work. She told me (quote) "sorry, I dont have one right now." The clerk said she would hold my order. Upon return with a standard storage facility door lock, the District Manager reaches over the counter and shows me a specialized lock for their door type. If the charges were quoted up-front none of it would have been an issue. The problem is when they attempt charge you without explanation and then waste your time. AVOID THEM!!

Candi has been wonderful the whole time we have needed storage. Our apartment was flooded from Harvey and we got one of the last 10x5 units available and she handled the whole thing wonderfully even with all the extra demand. When we found we saved a bit more than we thought she helped us get another 5x5 with no issue and right down the hall from our original unit! Been very happy with the service we get every time we come. Plus she remembers us every time and greets us as individuals!

I have two units here. When I initially reserved the second unit, the previous customer had forgotten to remove her lock upon vacating. The site manager, Candi, was professional and on task with regard to my reservation. She kept in touch with me and the previous occupant, just as she said she would, and was able to meet my need for a large unit on time.

Candy was very professional and helped us with an easy transition from the previous company to Public Storage. With the system still being transitioned, she was able to quickly work out a solution and help us. Candy will take her time to make sure that you and helped and appreciated as a customer. She is definitely worth coming in to see and work with.

This place was great before Public Storage bought it out. It used to be a SurePoint. Your rate here changes month to month. Whatever rate you sign the lease for is not permanent for Public Storage like it was for SurePoint. One month you can pay the rate you signed up for and the next month could be $50 more. Im leaving this trashy company.

Candi has been of great help to me. I needed additional storage and she was able to secure that for me. I have been so swamped with work I forgot to pay my monthly storage fee. She called and worked with me and saw to it that I was not charged an additional late fee since it was the first time my payment had been late. Thanks so much Candi!
