I had a storage unit here for 6 months or so. The rates go up about %40 after the first 3 months. The locks I had had tons of cut marks on the. someone had been trying to pick the locks and cut them but never got all the way through. I only had about 5K in leather couches and furniture in there so if they wanted to haul 2 tons of furniture then they are some non-lazy criminals. Also the inside looked as if someone has been looking over the top from the one beside mine. I saw hand and fingerprints at the top of the sheetmetal inside my bay.

They raise the prices $10- $20 every year and make you carry insurance but it was optional when I first obtained my storage even if you decline it they charge you anyway and its expensive for very very low coverage
