I have been a customer of Uncle Bobs Storage/ Life Storage for two years and during that time most (98%) of my interaction has been with Ms. Stephanie McFarland. Every time I called or walked in Ms. Stephanie has always been pleasant and professional with me. She knows the ins and outs of running a storage facility and how to treat customers with respect and honesty. Those two skills are hard to find in any business now-a-days. I know that when I call or drop in that Ms. Stephanie & Uncle Bobs Storage (Life Storage) will treat me like a valuable customer. I look forward to making my monthly payment, because I know Ms. Stephanie will be there and is taking care of my families belongings. Ms. Stephanie; Keep up the great job you have always done. We moved into a 3200 square foot rental after living in a 4600 square foot rental and needed someplace to store the items the kids would be taking & that we didnt have room for in the meantime. It turned into one of the kids using the space as well, and then another, as the items moved around to whomever needed/wanted what in the THREE YEARS we kept the space. Although they could never figure out why WE couldnt utilize the online autopay feature, they were gracious about calling us to remind us until we set up the bank to auto-send a check out... That worked for everyone! The place was always clean, the people running it and the help, always helpful & pleasant. We are grateful for the ability to have utilized a place that we never had to worry about our belongs at :)

We have had our stuff in storage for 2 years and absolutely love this location and Connie. When we first moved in there was another lady and she was not the best, but as long as I have know Connie she has been someone I would consider a friend. She has always been very helpful and professional. We would definitely recommend to everyone. We just got a place and cleared out our storage space and it was bitter sweet. We our so excited to have a place, but sad to leave Connie. We will miss seeing her dearly and will continue to stop in to say hi. I would definitely refer anyone to this location and the wonderful staff.

I found this storage when I was looking for somewhere to store a small amount of stuff for a few months. The sign up process was a little lengthly, but everything felt nessisary. The staff was very helpful. The facility was very clean, I never saw a live bug, and no little in the storage area. The truck they provided was great, and I appreciated having it when I needed it. I would recomend them times over! I will be using Uncle Bobs next time I need to store stuff!

The young lady, I spoke to "Amber" was very friendly and helped me figure out what size storage space I would need for my items. The price was a little higher than other places I have checked but friendly customer service makes the difference for me. I like knowing that my business with a company is appreciated. Stephanie is the heart and soul of Uncle Bobs Storage ( now Life Storage). She took her time with me and helped me find the right unit for my needs. When I go in to pay I feel like I am visiting an old friend. The place is clean (and this is saying a lot when I think about other storage places I have used in the past!!) and easily accessible. I highly recommend Life Storage in Pinehurst, TX!
