This might be the worst experience I have ever had with a self storage. Customer satisfaction does not seem to be what they are striving to reach. They pro-rate your time when you rent but they dont tell you that you have to pay the full month even if your only in it for 2 days. I signed and gave notice of the last day that I was going to be renting a space and the lady said that would be good enough. She decided not to tell me that I had to come in and give a ten day notice on a different piece of paper that they have set out, so my original notice on my application/lease is not sufficent enough. Would recommend anyone else!

They have a very nice property, with plenty of security to keep people from coming in and stealing your property. However it doesnt keep out the thieves who are already in there. But it does give a great reason to charge what they do. And the only way to contact management is though the same people you are having the problems with. So dont expect any messages to get over to management. As I said before, the property looks great. The people running it though are liars and crooks.

Girl that showed me the unit was really rude. I got the impression she did not want to deal with me because I a black. She seamed fine with other customers but treated me very poorly.

I do not recommend it!! I found dead rats in my storage Ill have q disinfect all my stuff and if I destroyed something surely will not cover the insurance
