The overall experience was great. The manager was extremely helpful and professional. I rented a Uhaul and the vehicle was cleaned and the transaction was super easy. Then the same day I needed a storage and ended up renting two units as the place is very good, clean and facilities are well maintained. The building has character and they have multiple businesses in the building. The storage units are climate controlled and the access is convenient. definitely will keep this bussiness as my preferred bussiness for my moving needs. Price is slightly higher than others (I mean like $10) but the service, facility and locations is a thousand times better than the rest.. Also they give you a lock so you dont have to buy one.. And the coolest thing is that they prorate the days if you dont use the unit the entire month.. This place is just awesome..

The Storage Loft is conveniently located near Creighton University. Everyone there was very pleasant to work with and very helpful as we coordinated summer storage from out of state. The ability to rent the U-Haul cargo van was an added bonus and really convenient. The guys at The Storage Loft made "moving out" day very easy and stress free. We rented the small locker and was impressed that it was a generous-sized space. Had plenty of room. Appreciate the pro-rated rate at the beginning and the end. Looking forward to renting space from The Storage Loft each year.

Moving is not fun! The facilities and the people at The Storage Loft in Omaha make this experience WAY more tolerable. We have rented storage units on 2 separate occasions for our college daughter- both times the rental agreements and moving went flawlessly. This is a family run business and it shows by how they care for their customers. Within hours of having turned in our Uhaul trailer to the Storage Loft, we discovered that we needed to move a sofa- they let us come back to get the uhaul with no additional charges.

The Storage Loft is a new storage facility in Omaha. My sons go to Creighton and are storing their furniture and home items over the summer. The storage unit is enclosed in a renovated building and the facility is very clean. Josh, the manager, was extremely helpful and provided moving equipment to help us. I was very impressed by the staff and how accommodating they were! I would highly recommend this facility if you are looking for a safe, clean place to store your belongings.

Ive never used a self-storage facility before, but on recommendation of a friend, I tried out the Storage Loft with some extra furniture and household items I needed to have stored that needed to be safely stored away. Ive been thrilled with the lock system the engaging staff, and the ample parking downtown when I need to pop in! I will definitely be continuing to use the services for all my needs!

Not only was I impressed by the storage facility, I was more impressed by management and how well the facility is ran. Josh, the manager, went out of his way multiple times to keep the facility open when I was running on a tight schedule. All of his efforts did not go unnoticed. Definitely recommend for anyone living downtown.

Ive had a locker here since 2010, and the new owners really improved the place! Better security, more structured operations, and better amenities like flatbed carts to take things to and from your unit. They somehow did all this without raising the cost for me to rent my locker, which of course I really appreciate.

The Storage Loft has been nothing but fantastic! Great help and great facility! Would definitely recommend, especially handy for their downtown location! Having U-Haul Truck Rental available also a big plus, climate-controlled so I dont worry about the condition of anything I have stored!

Booked a 9 van a week prior to rental date when I called the morning of rental to confirm they said there would be no van. Really??? No phone call to alert or anything. Terrible customer service went to Mid City Storage on 32nd and Harney and they took care of me immediately.

A friend and I are storing our stuff here for the summer. Great place, nice and clean. The people are super friendly and willing to help. There is a lot of parking and not normally super busy. The price is very reasonable for the way things look. A Lock is provided as well.

This place seriously saved me. Its not normal to find people this willing to go out of the way to help you. I wouldve had to wait over the weekend for my phone and they helped me get it redelivered to my house within 30 minutes!!! So thankful my package was directed here!!

All the staff here is very friendly. They have carts to load your items on. Very convenient. I highly recommend this place to anyone. Lastly, great security and surveillance system. It makes me feel comfortable about my stuff there.
