Zero stars Do NOT Use this facility I was never contacted by Simply Storage regarding the fees associated with a storage unit that I rented. I have several issues with the way business is conducted at this location. The property manager, Kathy, takes no responsibility for her actions. Instead, she blames everything on her district manager, Devin Wyckoff, who appears to be unreachable (although hes the point of contact regarding any fees associated with the account). As a result, we had to call the 1800 number to get any assistance with the property manager seated in front of us. Some of my complaints include the following: *making no attempt to use the alternate number to contact a customer *never sending an email regarding any correspondence that youre attempting to make *stating that you sent a certified letter but never showing proof that it was done *No Written policy. *Do NOT use this place!!!

Kathy, the site manager, was very congenial and help full. Walked me to two different storage units so I could see visual difference in sizes. Reserved a 10 x 15 climate controlled and set up auto-pay. Great, helpful staff and clean secure location. Glad I found it. Carol Went back today 5/24/17 to check on my reservation for a second unit which I will need 5/27/17 and Brandy was super helpful in verifying my reservation and adding double assurance that the unit would not be rented to someone else before then. Am always impressed at how clean and efficient the staff are and the accessabilty of the units. Carol .

Cathy was the best self storage facility manager I have ever done business with. I reserved a unit that was appropriate and in an area of the property that I desired. As I wasnt sure when I would begin my tenancy, Cathy was extremely patient - and very helpful - until I was ready to turn the key, which took close to a whole month! Thank you again Kathy and keep up the awesome customer service performance!!

I was packing and frantic for extra boxes. I had used this facility for several years for storing samples. I ran over to the office to buy boxes and Brandy was on break, but she saw me outside and opened the office for me and sold me boxes. She was a life saver. They have always been very good to work with and helpful. Highly recommend this place.

My experience at this location was phenomenal! Nicole and Ms. Kathy were wonderful to work with carefully explaining the policies and procedures of the storage facility along with all rates involved. I was already feeling anxious but they calmed my anxiety and I would definitely use this location again.

Carolyn was so helpful. She explained the available dates, specials they were offering, and most cost efficient option for us which saved us about $100 more than we would have. We are glad to be storing our things here and will be recommending it to near by friends!

Great storage. Nice, friendly staff (Kathy and Carolyn). Sadly, rental fees increased often and on a regular basis. Area was always neat and clean. Easy access and on site dumpsters were a big help.
