Ive had my unit for over two years. The onsite manager has an anger issue. Almost every time I go to my unit, I hear him yelling or screaming at somebody. He even yelled at me one time after I came thru the gate. I guess he thought I was trying to rob the place or something..... I guess after payng your rent on time for two years, for more than $2500 the thanks youll get is some crazy guy screaming at you that you dont have access and to get off "his" property. Wanna be owner! Rockwall Mini Storage is not professionally ran!
