Do not use this locations climate controlled units. They are susceptible to flooding due to the units location to the street. We had our $3000 Stearnes and Foster mattress, big screen TVs, leather recliner, and other high valued property stored here, specifically for what we thought would be additional protection, only to have our mattress ruined by a flood in June 2016. To further add to our frustration, the "insurance" coverage, which we also paid for, and that they offer you, does not cover flooding, or really anything that may happen. We have been going back and forth with the insurance company and Right Space management since last year, and have received no resolution or even an offer of any compensation or refund. Basically "sorry for your loss but its not our problem." So, if you use them, USE THE CLIMATE CONTROLLED UNITS AT YOUR OWN RISK, AND DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY ON THE SO-CALLED INSURANCE COVERAGE. I will end by saying though that this happened under a different property manager, and the one there now seems to be more helpful and concerned about our situation.

Eugene and Kacey were FANTASTIC as they helped us reserve our parking spaces. They went above and beyond to accommodate us! They are truly customer service oriented. We would highly recommend their services to anyone who needs a storage unit or parking.

We have multiple accounts at this location. Parking areas are wide open and easy to access for trailers and large RVs. Convenient access hours and secure with many cameras throughout the facility.
