Well lit, extremely clean. Sheila was very helpful. Immediately offered a tour. Extensive gate access hours: 6am - 10pm. I was impressed that they give you a sticker to put on your storage unit lock, so its obvious during their daily walk-through if your lock has been tampered with. Be sure to bring your homeowners declaration of insurance, to avoid having to pay for their insurance. I didnt have mine with me, so had to pay $10 extra the first month until I got my paperwork. Also, look on their website for the "web specials": they were great about honoring the web rate when I signed the contract in person. Overall, Im impressed!

Its been a while since I was given such excellent customer service! Sheila made the process of getting the perfect unit for me an easy and smooth experience. After seeing ants in front of my unit and after one phone call - Justin took care of it before calling me and stated that they would make sure and check the next day for any and spray again. I stored my belongings here when I moved out of my home. Everytime I go there the lock on the door to the main building that my storage is in is broken. Also, I went to get two boxes out of storage and there was rat droppings and urine all over the boxes and furniture. Im sure there is damage but was unable to get to some of the boxes to find exactly what may be damaged. Otherwise, the location is good and staff is friendly. If they will fix these two problems it would be great.

The staff at Extra Space Storage are outstanding! They are very informative, friendly and remember their customers names which is rare. They made things so simple and give you a feeling of security. I will continue to recommend them for interim and long-term storage needs! I had storage with them a few years ago and they were amazing then. They were friendly, professional, trustworthy, had great prices and clean up kept facilities. These are the very reasons that I have come back to extra space storage. They are still exactly the same, except maybe even a little better. I highly recommend storing here, they are the best that I have ever found. Truly a wonderful facility and staff. Keep up the great work !

I think the atmosphere and cleanliness is above expectations. I really like the facility and the customer service is outstanding. I have never had any issues with payment or access. I dont like the fact that there is not someone onsite 24x7 I have an inside unit that is not climate controlled. Overall the facility is clean above all other storage units I have rented from in the past. Keep up the good work Extra!

We stored our belongings at Extra Space Storage when we first moved to Rowlett. We are returning to store some extra stuff to make room in the house for holiday guests. My wife and I love the friendly, knowledgeable staff, the great price and the convenient location. The property is newly remodeled . The units are clean and secure. If you need extra space then you must go to Extra Space Storage right here in Rowlett.

I have been with the Rowlett storage facility since 2010 and I love the property and the manager are the best, always here if you need anything. I remember one time I left pieces of equipment outside my storage they call me five minutes after I took off from my storage, to let me know that it was in the hallway. Great Team.... I hope to be here for the next 10years with the same team.

HATE IT! THEY HAVE GONE UP ON MY RENT 4 TIMES IN LESS THAN 2 YEARS; HAD JUST GONE UP 6 MONTHS AGO; Staff has never given me a good reason or even tried to explain. I cant find anyone to move me out or I definitely would not be there: captive for now... Would not recommend to even my worst enemy! GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!

Weve had a wonderful experience with this storage facility. The location is convenient, the units are super clean, and Jeff and Sheila are both awesome to work with. They are always friendly and super helpful. They even helped us solve a temporary storage need with same day move-in! Wed recommend renting here!

The staff here was great. They were more than willing to accommodate my needs. They also let me use a moving truck for FREE!!! You cant beat that. Great Location and Price - I wouldnt use anyone else for my Self Storage needs.
