I have always heard negative stories about storing your belongings at a storage facility. So I was a little reluctant to rent one, however it had to be done. So after calling a few places and receiving horrible customer service, I contacted Advantage Storage. The Rowlett office was busy so I was transfered to the national number. I was blown away by the sweet, compassionate, understanding and very helpful woman I spoke with ( Im horrible with names ). She answered all of my questions and assured me my things would be in good hands. And she sent me to the Rowlett location where I talk with another woman who to was amazing. Got me in and out with ease. Their prices are the lowest Ive found and the facility is super clean. I would definitely refer anyone to this company and the Rowlett location.

Very warm & caring staff (Kristi & other gentleman are TOP NOTCH) who met every request & went above & beyond whats required of them just to help make my life easier. Clean & fully functional...not one tiny issue occurred. well maintained & operated. Secure. will definitely continue to use them & should I relocate they will be the 1st storage vendor I contact.
