Marcia Campbell Korontjis — 1 star BEWARE IF YOU STORE YOUR ITEMS AT THIS FACILITY. They are gone off property from 4:30-5:00 DAILY to run to the bank. Their late fees go on your account at 5:00pm electronically. If you call to pay your account after 4:25 pm they are gone and although you leave MULTIPLE phone calls too bad for you. You are charged $15 late fee. Contracts need to say late fee goes on at 4:00 not 5:00. LATE CHARGES CANNOT BE REVERSED WITH THIS COMPANY. Read other comments as well. The manager at this time is Justin!!

They were never there when I needed to pay.They lock you out the day BEFORE your bill is due.They are always opening late or closing early.They say they close at 5 when their sign says 6.I was so inconvenienced I actually moved my stuff somewhere else.A brand new place opened up on beltline and they are so much nicer and more professional than grizzly storage.This is only a good place to store if your planning to store for a long time you pay months and months in advance and you never have top get in your unit.
