Ok so at first they worked with me I ended up needing a extra unit and got the same deal I got before "first month free" everything was fine until the day I got ready to move my things they charged me over the agreed amount so I informed them that I would be moving out of both units and was informed that everything was ok. I was also informed that I would get my money back and that I wouldnt be charged for the second unit as long as I had everything cleared out of both units before 10 . Well I moved out before 10 so that I could get my money back from the first unit and to not be charged for the second unit they waited until a day after the payment was due and charged my card again claiming that I never informed them that I was moving when in fact I did and we discussed the terms of me moving out of the unit. I wouldnt suggest it majority of the staff acted like they were strung out. Take heed

GREAT STAFF, WONDERFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE, VERY AFFORDABLE. I have to say that I am not the kind of person to leave reviews on line lol but hey !! Their staff here is awesome and they are very helpful.! My family and friends all referred me here because they used this place in the past. Im moving in to my first apartment at the end of December and I couldnt have picked a better place to get my storage from.!! And it smells good in the office haha. Thanks guys

I believe extra space storage facility are not being honest with their clients. There was a break in of a storage unit June 12/16. They did not notify all of their clients at the mesquite location there had been a break in at their facility and that clients needed to come in and check their units. If I were u and have not visited your unit in the last 30 days please go visit. Extra space storage in mesquite and 30. Please look inside your unit.
