My husband and I have had a unit at this location for 5 years. On August 17th we found out our unit was up for auction on the 24th of August. We made a deal with the district manager Jacob to pay half of the payment before for the 24th and the remaining balance on the 26th. Which we did. We came in on the 26th to pay the remaining balance only to find out it went to auction. Even though there were notes put into the computer to not to send the unit to auction. Im furious we always pay our payments in another district. Because we no longer live in mesquite anymore. Our stuff may not mean anything to them,but it means everything to us. Its just wrong to tell someone you understand their situation and make a deal with them. And then completely disregard the deal your company made with a customer who has spent 1,000s of dollars. We have not received not one single phone call as promised by the district manager Jacob or anyone for that matter. Im disgusted at the lack of communication you have with your customers. Ive called multiple times and left messages and still no call back. Even though our stuff wasnt sold i still would never recommend this location or public storage to any of my family or friends. When I can come and move our stuff it will be the last time ill ever deal with public storage period.

Rented a few weeks ago and finally remembered to give these ladies the recognition they deserve. I was (am) going through a rough time and like everyone was being made to move quickly and unexpectedly. I had talked to Dionne when I reserved my unit and she answered all of my questions and was very happy to do so. When I went in to rent she was off so Courtney( i believe she is the manager here) showed me the property and the unit. The one I thought would be good was actually too big and thanks to Courtney she was able to save me $30 per month! I instantly felt at ease with this location after seeing a few (scary!) I plan to store for a few years so this was a great relief to me. In addition the whole property is always very clean. Every time I am there one of the girls is cleaning or sweeping something. Its a huge property and feels very safe. I know I can sleep easy at night that my entire lifes worth of things are safe there! Seriously the best place you can store at around Dallas,Mesquite or Garland !!!!!!!

This is not my first experience with Public Storage. All my previous experiences have been very positive. Good to know that I can anticipate another positive experience with this location as well. Gwen was most helpful with setting up the unit for my move in. I recommended her for a raise in pay to Jacob, the district manager. I left it with him to follow through. I look forward to working with Cortnie as well. I hope the company realizes how fortunate they are to have such high caliber employees. I giver everyone the maximum 5 star rating!

Ms.Dionne id she is the best customer service I have ever deal with this is my second time coming to public storage in shes always been the best person to help but she goes out of her way shes a lady with. A lot a patience first I would love to have her here every time I need her help I have refer family members over to public storage and to ask for her shes at the motley location I am very satisfying with her care as customer service

The staff here are very helpful and dont have problems answering your questions more than once. I came in with a bad attitude and with it being 194 degrees outside didnt make things better. Chandler could se how frustrated I was and she made my day better by letting me vent and get my frustration out while getting me into a unit at a reasonable price. Id definitely recommend this place for your storage needs.

I hate this storage facility!!! I was late only 10 days and I was getting calls they were going to sell my property!! I went in over the weekend to pay my rental and these money hungry people went up on my rent without notice. The storage has some type on insulation on the ceilings that has fallen all over my things. Do you think they have offered to clean my unit? No Please dont rent from this property!!!

I have had to come into Dallas to help my elderly parents with their affairs. Part of this involved Public Storage. They were confused about their contacts and fees and belongings. Once Public Storage was able to verify my identity they helped me figure everything out. Central to this was an employee named Dionne who was amazingly helpful, professional, efficient and kind. Thank you so very, very much!!!

Upon my first visit I knew that the employees were going to be great to work with. They even called when we were not there at the time we said we would be. They were great at explaining everything, and all the rules as well. I hope that your other locations have this great of employees. We have been at this PS since they opened in 2008 and have been very satisfied with everything about it ...great friendly employees...clean property and unit areas. Only dissatisfaction is the large unit rate price each year. In all, we are glad to communicate with a friendly person in the PS office and that the unit is climate controlled with security.

Tammy on 30 and St francis was a big help. She didnt have the size we needed do she sent us to another one that had a discount. She was great and then we met Zach and he was very good as well. Made us feel like friends. Gave a good friendly environment. I now the only two places Ill ever go!!!!
