I have rented a unit here since October 2014. I was impressed with the friendliness of the people and the very clean units. The manager, Beth, is one of the best people Ive ever encountered in any kind of business that deals with the public. Shes AWESOME! When I first rented, she helped me find exactly the right unit for my needs and I ended up with one that was much better than I had in mind initially - all due to Beth! Shes always friendly, can answer any question Ive posed and seems to genuinely care about her customers - a rarity these days. Im very happy with this Extra Space because of the great service Beth provides.

The facility is immaculate and Beth the office manager is extremely helpful. She is always friendly and willing to make sure our experience on the property was wonderful. She made sure that we understood the rules of the property, explained the insurance items in terms that we could easily understand. The property is always always well kept and clean. The items offered in the office are also great! We needed an additional furniture cover and some boxes and the price was very reasonable. Thank you Beth & the Extra Space Team for the excellent experience. Will definitely rent again.

My Experience with Beth over the years has been incredible, she has a way of making everyone feel welcome, always upbeat and positive. I actually look forward to her call every month with a friendly reminder that its that time again, i really love receiving a call from her. She is one of those rare individual, that knows how to make you feel special, and glad you talked with her. Very rare indeed. Truly an asset to the company. We were in dire need of a space for our RV trailer. They had one spot left and it was late in the day. Beth stayed in the office until we arrived so we had a spot for our RV. She allowed us to check the space with the trailer to make sure it fit before processing any paperwork. They place is immulate! No debris of any kind on the grounds and the staff are by far the friendliest we ever encountered. I highly recommend Extra Space Storage on West Plano Parkway for your storage needs!

of all the units ive rented over the years , extra space storage , managed by beth and her husband has been absolutely the best experience . beth is the ultimate professional . shes always friendly , efficient and makes everything user friendly . the facilities are the cleanest and most organized that ive ever seen . beth and her husband made us feel like family . i highly recommend this facility to anyone needing a storage unit . steve warnick

I had no problems in my 9 month rental (Apr-Jan) other than they raised the rate on my unit. Beth is always friendly and helpful and the place was quiet and clean. I got a unit uncontrolled, but just inside an exterior door, so it was convenient. I dont know what caused it, but my 20 year old ski boots and ice skates both disintegrated. I guess it was the life of the plastic materials, but I suppose it could have been heat or cold.

Beth had everything ready for me on the day I said I would come in to sign the lease. The facility was clean and the building where my storage locker was located was clean and well lit. The storage space was also clean and easy to access. Awesome place to store your personal items and feel secure about where they are being stored. I recommend this place to anyone wanting extra storage for your things.

I was able to rent a space at this location with the great help of Dwayen, he was able to help me get all the paperwork completed and find a perfect storage which fit our needs. He was so much help in getting a lock that would work best for us, and called the next day to make sure we had not problem getting in the yard or in the storage room. I found this place through internet. I just started with them. There is a lady Mrs. Beth that seems kind and cooperative. Hope everything goes fine with my stuff over there. They assured me that they have cameras all over the place 24 hours. This is my first time using a storage which I found is clean enough. I havent been for a month yet, so not to much comments on it. Not only does the facility satisfy as far as cleanliness and spaciousness, but the staff elevates the experience of this place immensely. I have used this Extra Space Storage a couple times over the years and keep coming back as needed due to the great service. Any place can store your stuff, keep it dry, safe, etc but Beth and George really provide you top notch customer service on top of the great clean and well kept units. I would definitely recommend this place for all your storage needs.

One of the best storage facilities in the area. The manager, I think her name is Beth, is very helpful. We drop by our space weekly and I almost always see the manager walking the property. Seeing her outside gives me a greater sense of security in knowing my property is protected. The facility is very clean as well and I recommend them without hesitation.

Beth is a delight to work with. She always has a smile on her face, tries to help in any way she can. I always pay my bill in person, but only on the days she is there. Ive had storage units in other cities, none of the employees were as delightful or helpful. The storage area is always clean and tidy. Best storage experience weve had.

Ive had storage here for a few months, and more than one unit. I cant say enough about the management here. Theyve been very helpful on many occasions. Very nice people, as well. There well never be a problem that cant be fixed here. Theyve helped me find the best deals, too. Five stars probably isnt enough. Highly recommend.
