BEWARE: Rate hikes every 6 months! I finally had to move out. The other aspects of this location are fairly standard. Its kind of dirty and the one lady (staff) is never there when you need her but if your gate code works, you wont need her for much else. I just got tired of hearing that "the market price had gone up" to justify a rate hike. (I went through 5 in 3 years!) In fact, I showed them that they were offering a unit exactly like mine at this location for about half what I was paying. The office lady said they had 5 empty ones but customer service still wouldnt budge. Its like they dont even believe whats on their own website, so I just got a new unit next to my old one and took a month free and a 35% discount. Thats what I had to do in order to get the price back down but who really needs these hassles? These guys will make you feel very vulnerable because they basically say that "you cant move out and we know it so just pay" "you cant do $h1T about it and so just shut up and pay" I got fed up and you will too. I want a storage that I can forget about, not one that I am always worried about. Do yourself a favor and skip Public and their out-of-state customer service. Once you know them, youll end up hating them.

I cannot recommend Public Storage in Addison enough. While their storage units and yard are secure and clean, the girls who manage the facilities are top notch. I had a sudden emergency that required a lot of "above and beyond" customer service and TLC on their parts, and needed it more than once. They were there ready to help, looking out for me in every way. It meant so much as it was a trying time in my life and I needed all the help I could get from anyone and everyone. They did not let me down. Its not very often that you write (or read) a review for a storage facility thanking them for helping you during a family crisis...but I am doing just that. They are dependable, friendly, diligent, good people, and I hope this review brings them more business than they can handle. Thank you ladies for being you, and thanks public storage for helping me out of a major bind with kindness and consideration. Loyal customer for life!

I recently utilized this location and was highly impressed with the OUTSTANDING customer service I received. Ms. Patricia is PHENOMENAL!!! She was very informative, professional, provided world-class service, and most of all, ALWAYS willing to go over and beyond the call of duty to ensure the customer is satisfied. Ms. Patricia is a true asset to the company...do I hear promotion in the horizon, lol!!! Ms. Patricia, thank you very much for always having such a terrific spirit and for all of your assistance with establishing my unit and the countless times I need to acquire my gate code!!! :-)

I reserved my unit online and within 10 minutes got a call from Public Storage to set an appointment time. When I arrived on property, Stephanie showed me a couple of units that were available to me and explained everything from hours of operation to insurance options, and she went through every step of the paperwork I was signing. She even gave me the names of the different on-site personnel so Id know who I would be speaking to whenever I stopped in. Very professional, and the whole process took about 15 minutes.

Samantha has amazing customer service! She said she was the district manager, and wasnt usually at this location, but that didnt stop her from answering every question we had. She was very thorough, helpful and sweet. Im honestly disappointed that I wont be seeing her again at this location. Highly recommend this company overall, as they give you everything you think youd need for your storage needs as well as things you didnt even know you needed! They seriously have everything! Highly recommended.

After getting off work, tired and ready to go home I can truly say that Ms. Stephanie made the experience with Public Storage so much easier, no time did it take, and she was informative and very helpful in suggestions in which storage to pick. It was no time at all and she was for proficient with information and paper work and then even helped with my box. WOW !!! Public Storage it is rear but she is very customer service oriented and I do appreciate her so much....

Ive had a few storage units over the years and really like this location. Stephanie is not only extremely nice but very helpful. Recently I was running some things into storage and Stephanie knew that I would probably need the cart and ran outside to assist getting me one before I could even come inside to ask. Great customer service like this really stands out. This location is very clean and has easy loading areas.

I am a satisfied customer of Public Storage in Addison. The facility is clean, well-lit and convenient to anyone in the North Dallas area. Patricia helped us check-in and she was very nice and professional. I have had a storage at this location for over 5 years and all of my belongings were kept safe and secure. The staff and management are great! Stephanie is always friendly and polite! She is very helpful and does her job extremely well. I have also had many conversations with Patricia as well. She is also great to work with too. Great team at his location.

Moving regardless the circumstances can be a headache. Ms. Patricia made the transition from apartment to apartment very easy. She was wonderful in explaining unit rates and showing us unit sizes. Resources for moving belongings were provided as well. I really enjoyed my experience as it was related to Public Storage Addison location.

This public storage is one of the cleanest storages ive seen. Their customer service with Ms Patricia was excellent. She took her time and drove me to multiple units so I can choose. She is so nice. Always smiling and full of positive energy. I would recommend this location.
