Regardless of what others may have experienced (or claimed to) I am a business owner myself, and I understand the importance of "reviews" in todays world. TODAY (1/27/17) I had an issue with my storage unit and called and spoke with John. He told me he could take care of it for me so I headed that way. Upon arriving, he was actually standing outside the office with the necessary items in hand, and even called me by name to ask if I was the one he had just spoken with. (It was an issue with the lock/hasp) He locked the office and proceeded to meet me at my unit where he did the necessary repair, very quickly! John was Extremely polite and couldnt have been any more helpful... After "shopping around" for a trustworthy storage facility I decided on this location for its ease of access, and what appeared to be a well maintained property (which it is). Going on 3 years now, I have NO regrets! Todays experience with John just assured me I made the right choice. What else can I say... "Thank You John for your fantastic customer service!!" Sam

This is a relatively small facility (no golf cart to view rental, for instance), but clean and orderly. Its a little out of the way but the monthly charges are less. The manager on duty at the time I visited (Miguel) was very friendly and helpful. He went out of his way to make me feel welcome and that my business was valued. After my business was concluded, there was a follow-up telephone call from a business associate named Cindy to confirm that I was happy with the service and how I had been treated. I was happy in all respects. I would not hesitate to recommend this facility to any friends looking for this type service.

I rented a storage unit on 10/12/2014 at this location. I wasnt able to start utilizing the space until last weekend, so I waited until now to post this review. The staff member who served me was Patrick. I was very impressed by him. He was friendly, answered all of my questions in a courteous and professional manner, and was a pleasure to deal with. He helped me choose the correct size unit for my needs, and showed it to me before we "sealed the deal." Happily, our experience moving things into the unit went as well as my rental experience. I am very happy with my new relationship with Public Storage.

Yesterday I went to public storage expecting the same ole run of the mill heres is you locker number now go on about your business type of experience. But I was pleasantly surprised. First off Winston is awesome he treated me and my daughter as if he had known us for years he is a very sweet, kind and witty young man. Secondly for the most part the place was well kept better the other facilities I had been to that day. The price was a little more then what I expected it to be but it was worth it. Two Thumbs Up Winston and Public Storage :)

I have had my personal things stored at the public storage on old Denton rd for over 1 year. I cant say enough great things in regards to the manager Jonathan. He has always been courteous and kind while keeping a professional demeanor. From what I can see he has an amazing grasp of the public storage rules and regulations. I was asked by the young lady in the office today to leave a review and of course I told her I would. Well,first off I have only been a customer for this location since the end of January. I stopped by to have her look at my account to see why I had extra charges on it. She was very helpful and answered all my questions. The property itself is clean and well maintained. I have no complaints!

I had a great welcoming from Jodi there at the property, I just would like to recommend you all to let us know at the signing that customers can use their own lock , and not have to purchase your locks for 19 dollars. that is something that should be told up front , not after you have signed a promise note, and agreed to the terms. I felt a little trapped into the contract.

Customer Service at its best! When the weather caused me to be late, it was no problem for the person on site. I had to call them several times due to my situation and each time I was treated respectfully and courteously. When I arrived Cyle was all smiles and very laid back making the check in experience quick and easy. I would highly recommend this location and team.

The service was great. Winston was very helpful when explaining what size we would need for what we are storing. He is also a real sweetheart and took his time when What I really appreciate is that when I had to translate to my friend who does not speak English very well he was patient and kind. I would definitely recommended public storage in the future.

I had to go to this Public Storage to make a payment and change some information regarding my lease. Matthew was the property manager on duty. He was extremely helpful and very knowledgeable about the questions I was asking. I would recommend this store to anyone who is looking for a great storage facility.

Whole process was very quick and easy no waiting around whilst they contact your 3rd grade teacher for references. Property is well kept and I suggest you buy the lock that Patrick offers as it is pretty stout. The constant wafts of roasting meat from the Indian market is a plus as well.

My husband and I went to this property we liked that it was a smaller property. We were worried about our stuff being safe Winston assured me that we were getting the best security possible. His customers service was. And the place also looked to be well kept. Kudos to Public Storage.

This place has great customer service. Its clean and well managed. Ive had an excellent experience. Jonathan was a great manager and I expect the same excellent service from Tonya as well. I highly recommend Public Storage on Trinity Mills for all your storage needs.

Tonya made my day. First she reminded me of my payment so I wouldnt be late,then she made my payment process fun. How did she do that?shes friendly smart and funny and I almost cant wait till my next bill is due so I can come in and see her again!

It was exactly what it needed to be. A good storage place. Just a quick warning, though: the first months rent is $1, but there are a couple other fees, plus you need a lock. Its still not very expensive (under $30), but you should know this.

BEWARE OF THIS PLACE, HAS THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE AND HORRIBLE FACILITIES . THE LADY THAT WORKS THE DESK(GENE) IS ZERO HELP. THE PLACE IS DIRTY, NASTY AND SO ARE THE PEOLPE THAT WORK THERE. RENT STORAGE SOMEWHERE ELSE
