Great service at a great price ! We selected this Public Storage location because it was convenient and the prices were best in the area. The bonus was the service. We selected a space on line and expected to be given keys to a space to store our extra items while we staged our house for sale. We were pleasantly surprised when we got so much more. High Quality, Professional Service at every turn! Every visit, we were greeted by helpful staff that knew how to help us accomplish our goals. Cassidy, Hanna and Cynthia guided us through the process; renting and using the space, buying packing materials, accessing the free carts, etc. Today, when we were cleaning out our space (we sold the house and are getting ready to move), we got the same high level of service as we closed out our rental. Cynthia made the process pleasant and positive. If you need a storage space that is cost effective, secure and professionally managed, Public Storage is the place to go!

My experience with Public Storage is all good. Very pleased with the facility, the unit I rented and the employees are all very helpful. Cyle explained everything to me when I selected the unit. Chris was the one I spoke to on the phone and he also was very informative and answered all my questions. The unit was convenient to get to from the truck area. The facility is very clean. The only difficulty was finding an available cart to sign out. On one occasion another woman asked to borrow mine before I was finished. Another time I waited for a man to be finished to borrow the cart he check out. That is a bit of a bother if you are on a time schedule. Also I am not pleased that I have to get put of the vehicle to put in my code both when entering and leaving. There is no way to get close enough to the code box.

This is a fantastic place to rent!! When I arrived months ago I only thought I would be storing for a few weeks. Cassidy rented to me and helped me ease my mind and showed me how great a property this place really was. Every time I came to visit I was greeted so kindly by both Cassidy and Cynthia who always had kind things to say and offered any extra help they could. Of course I ended up staying longer than planned but everything was great! Thanks so much Cynthia for making it easy access to vacate although I hate leaving you!

This particular Public Storage gets my highest recommendation. Ive been a customer at this location for well over ten years and so there have been a few changes in the staff but I am always treated beautifully - with care, concern and clear information. I dont know if other locations are this consistent in great customer service, but you cant go wrong here! If you need storage of any size, I suggest you check for availability here - youll be glad you did! Andrea and the entire staff are awesome!

I noticed the carts were chained to the wall and you have to give your drivers license to use one. Leo (Leonardo) assured me the carts were available after the office closed and they werent. Leo also said he set up automatic payment when I rented the storage unit. However I began receiving calls and letters for non payment a month later. He just told me what I wanted to hear. I made a complaint but the staff blew me off...didnt even ask for the name of the staff member. Buyer beware.

Customer Service was spot on. Chris was fast, kind, helpful, and knows how to sell add-ons! The storage units are incredibly clean and security is impeccable. Half-off the first month, no other discounts. The place is locked down after 9pm and do not allow anyone to enter or exit after that time. I know that Lewisville/Highland Village isnt a military town but it would be really nice if they offered some kind of package for military members going TDY. Would recommend to anyone.

Our last storage experience was a disaster at brand X. The unit leaked and damaged everything on the floor. The last place was filthy and all our boxes were covered in mice droppings. At Public Storage, Tonya and Chris were friendly, helpful and professional. The facility is extremely clean, water tight and conditioned. A world of difference. And the price is comparable on a square foot basis. No contest. Public Storage is the place to be.

Due to my last minute move-out since I got a new job in a new city, I was really greatful for the help from Chris and Geoff. Geoff helped me find the $1 spot and Chris was helpful in getting me setup. Also I forgot the guys name on the phone who I originally made the reservation with was just as helpful and had a really wonderful persona on the phone. Everyone provided good customer service. I would recommend them and use them again in the future.

Absolutely the worst deal and the worst service and the rudest people that I have ever encountered in my life. Their insurance they force you to buy covers Sonic booms and sinkholes but not fire or flood. $200 for an outside unit not climate-controlled or secured or 24 hours when you can go down the street and get the same unit for $40 at ambassador

Chris is a great manager here at this location! I never had any problems and had the best location of my unit near the doors. Chris helped me and made my transition smooth. I have had this storage for over 2 years now. I would highly recommend this location. Be sure to ask for Chris!
