I arrived for my appointment with Luke and found he was not there and the wrong size space had been held for me (City of Fort Worth). Despite my irritation, Shawna, very cheerfully and professionally, took care to see the proper space was rented, did all the paperwork and solved a problem. Because the City of Fort Worth is a tax exempt entity, the account had to be handled differently. She made a few phone calls, found out the correct way to do it, told her district manager who was not familiar with it, and completed the paperwork quickly and efficiently. She did an excellent job! I look forward to working with her in the future.

If youre in a bind, they are willing and will find a solution to help you out. In all honesty, we wish that all businesses, in Fort Worth, had sweet, caring, and Very Respectful employees like Ms.Jennifer and Mr.Luke. Our economy would probably be a lot better. Im going to have to go down on the rating not of the place but because they completely forgot to mention that the rent will go up at six months. And as per the customer service representative every 12 months after that because they have keep it at "market price." That was so left out by the person that leased me the storage. Now my rent went up $50. Something i wasnt expecting in my budget. I cant imagine how much more they are going to want to raise it in a year. All I can say is Im very very disappointed.

I would highly recommend public storage on beach I would be screwed if the manager on duty would not of been so compassionate and helpful....Kayla stayed after hours to help us get in our unit and sign up!! She was an extreme help we have 2 Uhauls loaded and they close at 5 we got here at 5 and she stayed after time to help us and to get us in a unit today so that we didnt have to pay extra for the trucks if that would of even been possible she went above and beyond her job!!!! Thank you Kayla your an angel

Talk about secure, clean, and professional then you must be talking about the Public Storage on Beach Street in Fort Worth. Courtney and Jennifer make you fell as if YOU own the place. They take great care to make sure your stored property is safe and secure. Their personal and professional style makes it a pleasure doing business with them. If you are in Fort Worth or the surrounding area and need to store something I HIGHLY recommend YOU give them your business, you will be delighted.

My experience was very pleasent they are good at notifying when you are passed your balance they work very well with you when you are going thru any tye of financial hardship. i will definately reccomend this location to everyone that i know, i liked the fact that they had everything i needed at a reasonable price when it came to me packing. lillian and her crew are amazing. keep up the good work in helping those feel as though there personal belongings are important to you too

Kayla just helped me get into a unit and was the most helpful person in storage history, though her location did not have a unit that was suitable for our business needs she called a few local public storage units and was able to transfer the reservation hassle free. I am all set to move into the unit on Tuesday and the whole process took only 2 calls and 5 mins. Thanks Kayla for the hassle free helpful experience.

Lillian was so helpful. We had made a reservation online and when we came in to purchase our unit, she showed us the unit and another unit of the same size. We preferred the other unit due to its location and she was able to transfer us into that unit and still hold our $1 first month rent from our online reservation. I highly recommend this location due to the customer service you will recieve there.

Great service, I was preregistered online and used the 1 dollar move in special which you also to had to buy a lock and insurance but the service was great, I was waited on by Luke who was extremely helpful and friendly and he was a very nice guy. I recommend this particular storage facility the manager Jennifer is also a very friendly and nice person and was very helpful on the phone.

My experience at this facility has been easy and awesome! Moving or renting storage space has always been a hassle but the staff I dealt with at this facility made it easy. The property manager Lillian was as polite and helpful while her assistant Patrick had everthing ready for me to sign and go. Incredible help at a stressful time. Thank you both!

Very good customer service! Jenifer helped me get the storage unit I needed. Since it was my first time renting a unit I was pretty clueless but she explained everything thoroughly. The property is nice and clean and I got a great deal for my unit considering the short time that I will actually use it. Great place overall :)
