Went to Move It Storage to check out their climate controlled units. I was very impressed with this facility. I rented a 10 X 15 climate controlled unit. Outstanding customer service from Mario. Very secure facility with code access gates, number coded locked doors, and security cameras/videos. Climate control was superb. I had visited two other facilities in San Benito/Harlingen and their climate control was not what I expected. They were hot and humid. The climate control units at Move It Storage were pleasantly cool and not humid. Storage facilities were nicely insulated. I WOULD definitely recommend this storage facility to someone else. Another big plus, the property manager, Mario, listened to what I needed and was willing to help me.

I recently moved in at the San Benito facility and found it very satisfactory. I moved out of another San Benito facility where security is very insecure and attention given to tenants is very poor. Here it is nicely built with wide access, security cameras and the manager residing on the grounds. well lighted units with double doors to access your storage items. The manager was very professional and respectful answering questions and concerns. Prices are very compatible. The only reason I am not giving a five star rating at this time is because on the website it offers 10% discount for elderly persons as one of the high lights but which was currently not being provided..

My experience was the best. The front clerk had excellent customer service. Was able to answer all my questions fast and efficient. The storage unit itself is very very clean. It is gated and safe. And the cost to rent a storage unit is better than any other facility I reviewed on line. All in all, I would definitely recommend this storage unit to all my friends and family. Thank You very Much!

Moving is stressful when you have to do it by yourself and for the first time! but thanks to Enriques guidance and recommendations the whole process was smoothly. He helped me with the reservation of an UHUAL truck, he provided all the information needed for a storage on my destination city and also bought some boxes and material there! Great customer service!GRACIAS!!

Enrique was very helpful and answering all my questions and I decided to do my business here. upon arrival I was given access to the unit that I was looking for and I was very satisfied. Drove all night for 14 hours straight through 3 different thunderstorms, but thank God for Move It self storage in San Benito for the awesome customer service they provided. Enrique was awesome getting us in and out with no problems. Great deals, great location, and the best customer service in town. We highly recommended it!
