Great customer service. The manager took her time explaining the specs of the different units and gave us pointers on what to put in the climate controlled unit and the non-climate controlled unit. When we vacated the units the manager also made recommendation on the moving company we used. Everything went smoothly during move in and when we moved out. We were only in the units for four months but it was a very pleasant experience. We will definitely use Uncle Bob again for future storage needs.

When Uncle Bobs took over for the previous owners of our storage unit, I was a bit nervous. Id always been really happy with company I signed with. But I was impressed - Uncle Bobs was careful not to change anything in the terms of my agreement, or even my gate code! Their website made it easy to manage my account, and everything else stayed the same (friendly staff, clean and secure storage, etc, etc). Id happily recommend them to anyone.

The management is horrible. If your a minute late your stuck in no way out. The lady who lives on site is old and will not wake up to let you out. Took us over an hour and several phone calls to get someone to come open the gate. Once we threw some trash away. Just some small bags, they flipped out. Its been the most horrible exsperience ever.

The units were clean, easily accessible and very secure. The staff was AMAZING to work with. I even forgot to tell them when I moved out of the unit and they caught it before I remembered. Will absolutely use them again if I need storage.
