I made my reservation and talked with Richard, the resident manager with a follow up phone call. For some reason, I just didnt think of the fact that I needed the unit the following day and had not asked Richard what I needed to do to complete the reservation to get into the unit. The next day, I was packing up a truck with my daughters things and realized that I never got the info on the unit and how to get in. I was frantic because it was 4:50pm and I thought they closed at 6pm but realized they actually closed at 5pm! I was 45 min from the storage facility and called CubeSmart and Richard answered and said "so are you coming down to do the paper work for the unit?" I explained that the day got away from me because of packing and I was 45 min away and realized they closed in 10 minutes. He told me that he would wait for me if I could get there as soon as I could but to be safe and drive carefully! I honestly could not believe it! I left and got to CubeSmart in 40 min and he opened the door when I arrived! I was sooo incredibly thankful that he was willing to let me come late beyond the office hours. If he had not answered the phone and said he would stay until I arrived, I wouldve had to wait until the following day to unload and return the truck! He really saved me the extra time and expense! I was so grateful for him going the extra mile to serve a new customer! I would highly recommend this facility because of the customer service (you dont find many people who would be willing to let you come later than office hours) and because the unit was so clean that it was like I was in my own garage! I have rented storage units before and they were so dusty and dirty! Highly recommend this storage facility and appreciate Richard and his going the extra mile to accommodate a new customer! Thank you!!!

I highly recommend this CubeSmart location. They have been extremely helpful from assisting me with choosing the right size storage space to fixing an accounting issue when my payment got messed up from my bank to reminding me (every time) of my pass code! Special thanks to Richard Strange, Field Training Specialist @ CubeSmart in Fort Worth, TX. He was the one who originally rented the space to me. Richard, you are an exceptional example of what it means to go above and beyond. You opened up the office two hours early on a Sunday when you saw I was here and couldnt remember my pass code to the gate...again. I ask the Lord to bless you and prosper you in this New Year. He sees you and knows you have a servant heart. Your kindness and generosity have been a blessing to me! Thank you.

I have rented from this location for just a little over a year now. The place has always been very maintained, clean, employees helpful! I have had a few ups & downs this last year an "Richard the store manager" saw me struggling yesterday to unload the "FREE TRUCK" one of the lil perks thats comes along with renting from CubeSmart. Richard walked out to me with cold bottles of water an said "you look like you could use some help" I tried not to impose on him but he insisted! He said let go lock up for a minute Ill be right back within just a few minutes of his return he had all my things reorganize in my unit an done!!! I could not have be more great-full THANKS AGAIN RICHARD!

Although I only rented a storage unit for a month or two, the service was outstanding. Richard was very helpful in helping me decide what size unit to get for all the material I needed to store. (Although, I do believe he tried to upsell me a bit on it. Then again, I guess thats what people in customer service are supposed to do.) All in all, I had a great experience storing my things with them. I will more than likely use them again for my next move. Thank you all very much.

The service received from Richard was amazing. He was very helpful in getting the right unit for me, and even helped out when i moved in. He also made my moveout exceptionally easy. All the information I needed from move in to move out was given before I even asked.
