I have been using this unit for over a year and this far I never had any issues. However, yesterday I had accessed my storage unit to get rid of some belongings and take some back to where I am currently living. I found most of my items covered with rat droppings. I had to throw out some cushions and some kitchen belongings and a few sentimental belongings that werent completely covered. It disgusts me that I pay over $100.00 a month to have my personal belongings as a breeding ground for animals. Bugs I understand (spiders), but large animals like rodents should have been prevented by the facility. I have left a message with the office and am waiting for a call back to discuss how they are going to solve this situation.

I chose this location for a few reasons, at the top of the list is that it is near where I used to live. The neighborhood is nice, so I felt super secure with the facility. I made a great Choice! My belongings have been in storage for a while, and I am still very comfortable with this facility. I am especially comfortable with the staff.When I pay my bill, everyone is warm and professional. They are also very efficient. Ive had things in storage before, but that facility made me feel like just a number. My things were jossled there, and no one seemed to care. I still need to have my storage. Because of the quality of service Ive received, I will stay right where I am.

Ive been using the storage facility for over three years. The staff is always friendly. The facility is always clean and well-maintained. Ive never experienced any problem whatsoever during the time Ive been doing business with this company. They even called me when I accidentally locked my storage container but didnt have the latch securing the door locked(I basically locked an open door). Cant thank them enough for that! Because it shows that their employees pay attention to detail because if they hadnt looked you wouldnt have known the door was unlocked from glancing at it.

Ive been an All Storage customer for almost 5 years and am on my 3rd storage unit. Whitney and her staff have always conducted themselves in a courtesy and professional manner. I stored some expensive work tools at All Storage when my pick up was getting repaired after an accident. The storage unit was very secure, and I was also impressed by the security cameras. I had complete peace of mind that my tools were going to be secure. The staff were great, and I was able to access my tools when I needed to.
